Don?t waste your money here. I swore off Chipotle (especially this location) after the last time they forgot all of the sides... for my kids meals and the large guacamole we ordered, and then refused to refund me, just gave me free kids meals and guacvouchers on my online account - they couldn?t be used all at once so they wanted me to pay more to get what I ordered. I had agift card and it had been a few months so I tried again. Ordered ahead, double-checked my bag before leaving this time - nochips or drink for the kids meal. Only when I asked about them was I told that they were all out of chips, out of fruit, out ofkids drinks, and that they hadn?t gotten a truck in two weeks. Told me to go online and request a refund (which was again issuedin free items that I can use just to not receive what I order again in the future). Best part, I got home and took my kid?squesadilla out of the foil, it was only tortillas. THEY DIDN'T PUT CHEESE ON THE CHEESE QUESADILLA. Read more
Five employees that were obviously overworked. They had NO lettuce or cheese. How is that possible. Our burritos and bowls were... empty without those items. But don't fret, they still charged full price ???? place was also dirty as no one was cleaning thedining area. Trash cans were overflowing everywhere. Wish I had something good to say. Read more
I don?t leave reviews often, but my experience with this place has been so bad that it?s warranted: First time I went here, the... meals I ordered were not done at pickup time and I had to wait ~15 minutes for them to be finished despite being the only personin the store. Didn?t bother me too much but then upon arriving home, they were all only half full and or had completely missingingredients. One chicken bowl had a grand total of 5 pieces of meat in it! Gave them the benefit of doubt and went back. Samething, except this time they completely forgot one of the meals and butchered another one. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE! Go to theone in Hershey instead! I am going to preface this with the fact that I ordered pick-up just before noon on a weekday. So, my experience will be very... different from the folks that came on the weekend or during a rush or just before closing. Because I did a drive-thru pick-up, Icannot speak to the cleanliness of the place. That said, I had a wonderful and seamless experience doing a drivethru pickup. Iordered online, came to the window (a couple of minutes early, actually), and my food was ready. The order was accurate, and theportion was adequate. The last thing I'll comment on is the friendliness of the young man who helped me at the window. It wasrefreshing. I am visiting the area and I look physically different than most of the local people. I have had people staring atme in unfriendly ways, interacting with me curtly or condescendingly, following me in places of business, etc. So, a kind smileand quick, professional service were most welcome. I can't speak to the other reviews of this place, but my experience wasreally great. If I'm ever in the area, I will want to return. Read more
Chipotle needs to close this location down. They only take online orders and drive thru for the most part of the day. You'd... think they can read the instructions and make things accurately. 2 out of 4 things in our order were butchered (chicken in avegetarian burrito bowl). When I went to get it fixed, they made another one but this time it was missing the veggies init. Horrendous. Incompetent. Frustrating. Hershey deserves better. Read more
I would give 0 stars if I could. Myself and my husband stopped in yesterday (7/3/22). There was about 6 employees working and... not one of them acknowledged us while we waited for several minutes and they weren't busy nor was there a line. It feltborderline discriminatory. When we were finally attended to we asked if there was anymore shredded beef (because what was outlooked old and wasn't enough for one serving) and we were told that's all there was. This location should be closed by Chipotle. I ate there last night with a group. Everyone felt bad after eating at this... location. The steak was over cooked. The server asked my son if he would eat from the bottom of the chicken container whileother chicken was being cooked. He felt the sickest 2 hours later. The store was horribly understaffed, none of the tables wereclean. This was very disappointing. Chipotle is usually a good brand that has trusted food and service. This was bad. Read more
When I came in, it was very busy with customers. Despite that, the line still moved in a very fast manor. The employees were... very friendly and helpful, and suggested me trying the corn salsa, which I absolutely loved. My meal was hot, tasty, and theperfect amount of food. I got a burrito bowl with rice and lots of veggies. The employee who stood out most was Sammy. He wasvery friendly and stuck up conversation with me. He is usually here when I come in and he always provides excellent service.Even as we sat and ate, I watched him communicate with other customers. 2 words I would use to describe him is friendly and fun.The bathroom here was the cleanest I have ever seen in a fast food restaurant.
