It was a McDonald's. average McDonald's foot. pretty poor service. we had a party of about 30 and we called ahead to let them... know. some were waiting about an hour for their food. We waited over about 2 hours for our food. When we got to the window it was not even on the screen. We ordered ahead via the... app, then after that long wait, our food was cold when we got it. 2 folks had quit that day, i wonder how they are treated bythe staff. The fact you were not PREPARED for the line of folks from the LOCAL CONCERT VENUE, is appauling. Even with the 2 thatquit there were only 3 others working. The manager at this establishment has either, lost control of their staff, or over worksthe staff they have. Disappointed is and understatement. We drove almost 3 hrs to see 5FDP and so we had that drive home, added2 hours to travel time. This was UNACCEPTABLE. 1 to have had to wait almost 2 hrs for (2.) COLD FOOD. Food was exactly as we ordered. Staff was very nice and helpful and the restaurant is very clean.
I had ordered three single cheeseburgers with no onions and a large drink with a medium fry and received three room temperature... burgers with onions on them and a medium drink. Not too sure how they messed that one up was the only one in line. I have hadmany mess ups at this McDonald's. I would definitely recommend another store over this one. Thank you Read more
You would think with the amount of traffic that goes through Hershey, this place would be efficient. But expect a good 20... minutes with this location without eating. Best point they normally get the order right, so a little give and take Read more
What I ask for is simple, comes out very sloppy, how does anyone feel ok sending this to a customer? I wanted a burger with... condiments, not a mess I could finger paint with. Would be nice if they salted the fries also. Whoever was working the drivethrough greeted me at the speaker by only saying "what would you like." Really disappointing. Read more
Perfect cheap meal option nearby if you're staying at one of the Hershey properties.. The food was well-cooked. The restaurant... was clean and updated and we were nerding out over the ketchup dispensers. They're hard to come by these days. Read more
