Well....I've been to many papa John in NYC. Never had an issue. We are here from vacation and we needed food for our kids. So... it's papa johnsi should be able to go on and out. Walked in and got greeted. The grabbed a menu and when I wanted to place anorder, they asked me if I placed an order. I said no, I was told that I can't place an order in the store. I needed to call thecall center or order online. But you have cash registers and can talk. So never again am j going to order from Papa Johnespecially since there is a pizza but across from them. They close the takeout at 9:10pm. At 9:15 I walked in and they would not take my order. I could place an order through the... website for delivery - that?s it. They are open till 10pm. How not to want business. Arbitrary and capricious rules made forwhom? Read more

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered delivery, said approx time of arrival will be 33 min. My pizza got here an hour and thirty... min later! Completely cold! Tried to call to ask where my pizza was and the phone just rings and rings than hangs up. Read more
Great if you like free pizza, and don't mind waiting. A couple years ago, my wife ordered from here and it took them 2 hrs to... deliver on a Sunday. They apologized and said they were busy. A free pizza coupon was sent in the mail. Then they took 1hr 30min to deliver on the free Pizza that was given for the first pizza being late. I mistakenly forgot how bad they were andrecently ordered from them because I had 40% off coupon. The delivery took 1hr 40 min this time and the driver apologized again.Another free pizza coupon was sent in the mail. I'm staring at it now and debating if I even want to use it. I basically have toplan on eating at least 2 hrs after I order. You know it's bad when you don't even want to use a free coupon. Read more
Its REALLY hard to make awful pizza. Dough, sauce, cheese, its BASIC stuff. Papa Johns has become disgusting. I seriously threw... out an entire pizza from them the other day because it was just gross. Better ingredients, better pizza? You should be ashamedto say such a thing. Papa Johns used to be the best chain pizza on the market when I was in college. Now its the worst. Stayclear people, you can find better. Read more
