Recent Uber Eats pickup I was scalded by the manager while getting more hot and fire sauce the customer had requested. Yelling... across the restaurant that the sauces were already in the bag that were on the order. I said the customer requested more and Iwas only getting 3 of each. She said everybody just gets 3 and it adds up quick, we'll just end up not having it at all becauseeveryone takes more than they need. Most of the time the staff is very nice, restaurant is clean, and food is ready to go. Theyounger workers were clearly not having a good day and appeared frustrated. It became clear they were doing their best to getdone what the manager requested but nothing was correct, fast enough, or by the right person. The guy on the other food stationwent to help the drive thru and gets yelled at that he is not to move from his station, he is on lock down. They are preparingfor getting a bus and they needed to remain at their posts. If this is what continues the young employees will quit. If thismanager cannot consistently and continuously have the patience to train new/young employees then she needs to find another TacoBell or job. Read more
Incredibly slow and unapologetic service during off-peak time hours. Many workers were just standing around, while others took... their time to fill orders. Not what you would expect from a "fast food" restaurant. Read more
Patronized this facility today. This is the cleanest and most organized Taco Bell yet. Even the ladies bathroom was spotless.... Our order was fresh , hot, and everything we ordered was full capacity. Very delicious! Kudos to all the workers on August 27th. Read more
i went to the taco bell location when i got my food the Mexican pizza was nothing like the picture of the pizza on the menu. had... no meat on top no tomatoes. but it had cheese and meat in the middle i order extra meat and did not get it. but when i went tothe counter with my wife's tacos because she had two soft tacos with no cheese. her tacos ended up with cheese and no lettuce. ihad one young lady came to the counter and asked me what was wrong. i told her it was suppose to be two soft tacos with lettuceno cheese. it had cheese on it. an older lady did not want to believe me or did not want to fix the problem the young ladyworking the drive through bring up my order back on the screen to show the older lady. the older lady told one of the guys toremake the tacos i think she did not want to take the blame and trying to call me a liar. after that incident i did not want todeal with them for them to make me a new pizza the right way. The food was okay. However, my young child who didn?t want water initially, wanted it later. So that requires 2 trips to counter... to get cup for water. I overheard employee complaining why we couldn?t we order all cups for water in one go. Sorry lady butSeriously, You will understand when you have kids. By the way, if you are so concerned about customers coming in twice for watercups, maybe you should put them outside so that customers can help themselves. I was an employee here for Taco Bell and my sister had an unexpected asthma attack and the gm fired me because I told her I... could come in and she was mad and told me she?s not missing her vacation for nobody. I also told her, her assistant manager gotsmart with me on my first day she also told me that can never happened because that her right hand man. Prices went through the roof for the same luke warm food that is okay but nothing amazing. To be more specific, $10 for 1 taco... is crazy. Staff is friendly, though some do less than the bare minimum customer service. Sometimes you get your food fast, othertimes well not so much. Read more
