Service was terrible it took 11 mins for them to take the order at the drive-in. And they didn't know what the Wendsys QR code... was saying they didnt have a scanner. Wendys is really dropping the ball the Frederick store is just as bad. Read more

Even if the young lady with the dreadlocks behind the counter didn?t think taking a simple order was like rocket science I still... wouldn?t come back to this specific store. Food was cold, lots of attitudes at play, and overall very dirty. The interiorupgrades are just lipstick on a pig and do nothing for the actual ?quality? of this place. I would go to ANY of the otheravailable options in the plaza for food than here. Definitely avoid. Read more
I got a $5 Biggy bag. Double staker was red inside when I bit into it. Nuggets were mushy not fully cook, the fries were soaked... in grease not fully cooked. Unfortunately I headed to highway to go to Hbg before discovering my food was unacceptable. Triedcalling several times..No answer. I still have the food and receipt. This place is is absolute garbage. If it wasn?t for the dude?s neck beard we may have had a good time. The indoor dining was... closed except for cockroaches and Smurfs. The intercom was broken, so it can only communicate with ghosts. They didn?t come tothe window for a very long time because they were probably in the back making cookies out of their belly button juice. Most ofthe stuff on they?re menu they were too lazy to make. And it made no sense that they were out of all of their stuff because itwasn?t that late. And Wendy?s is known for feeding high people!! and we weren?t even high!!! Read more
The restaurant itself looks pretty new and looks pretty up to date with the style and appearance. The food was ok and was warm.... But that is where the praise ends. The bathrooms were very dirty and the drink bar (see pictures) was atrocious. There were nosmall drink lids and the napkin holders were coming a part, not holding the clean napkins in place. They had two soda machines(the ones with the numerous flavors of soda available) but both of the machines needed serviced horribly as there were very fewselections available to drink from them and the flavors that were available did not taste good and the one machine didn't evenhave ice available. We got delivery so I can't speak to service or atmosphere, but food is always good, although the place acted like the loaded pub... fries I ordered were a rare commodity. C'mon.
