I would of given it a zero if possible. This poor excuse for a restaurant should be shut down. My wife and I were recently on... the Pennsylvania turn pike we decided to stop at the rest stop / service area, to use the restrooms, stretch and grab lunch asthe next chance for food was over an hour down the road. The plaza had a Burger King so we decided to grab a couple ofsandwiches. The food took over 20 minutes to get and when we opened our burgers we found our order was incorrect... no napkinsand the burgers we did get were actually cold. I'm not talking room temperature, I am talking just thawed out. Ironically theonly thing good was the person taking our order. He was fast, attentive and courteous. He did tell us that the order might takea few minutes, but will be fresh. REALLY over 20 minutes for two cold burgers... The health department should be looking intowhat they are serving. It didn't even taste like a Burger king Burger. If you don't have the staff to operate the business, shutit down. Wow this is definitely not up to Burger King standards. Waiting time is too long for a fast food and we didn't even got the burgers we ordered.
Who in their right mind closes the only food venue in a turnpike service plaza at 6pm? I arrived at the counter at 5:54 pm and... was told they closed at 6. As a truck driver that relies on others doing their job so I can do mine, this is unacceptable. Read more
You know they can't get any help in this place so they close early very early like 5:00 p.m. they don't care for us on the road... they might have just hide some prisoners to run the place at least we know we get some service and late night plus a joke don'tknow how they can make the money for that place they Don't Care about Us prisoners will probably be the best idea to work there Read more
Regrettably, 0-stars is not an option. The only feedback & review worth notating, please do not advertise that you are open 24/7... when you are not. The 7/11 attendant, laughing told a few us and other inquiring patrons ?they closed at 6 oops.? Justdisappointing. Read more
My fiancé is a truck driver he stopped for the night and went in to get food. Mind you he is on the road 5 days a week. His... food was cold and inedible. He is one of the many people that keep your paychecks coming if they don?t deliver the food you sellyou don?t work. You would think you all would make sure their food is hot so they can eat dinner. As you can see there?s no one here yet I took 5 mins to take our order, three employees seen us in line no one said anything.... Once we were taken care off it took 15 mins to get some warm/ cold food and the coffee is horrible. If the sign didn?t say nofood or gas for the next 80 miles we wouldn?t be eating here. Read more
