We have always preferred this fox’s pizza over the other fox’s in the area. And tonight I was highly disappointed. We... ordered a big daddy taco pizza. When we got the pizza home, I was in disbelief.The pizza had HUGE chunks of lettuce, thetomatoes were sliced (previously diced) so when you picked up the pizza, everything fell off of it.. the chips ( that werequested to be put on the side) were stale, and the taco sauce tasted spoiled. Given I know everyone lately is short handed Ireally wasn’t going to complain, but I figured I would call considering the price you pay for things anymore and let them knowit was disappointing. The girl who answered the phone was completely unapologetic, and rudely said that they don’t diced thetomatoes anymore, that was the only lettuce they had, and the only sauce they had. She made no attempt to see if there wassomething that could be fixed or if I wanted something else, etc. i will no longer order from this fox’s again. Read more

I’ll say this; the pizza and food is really good but the service is very bad. Once I called and the person said there was no... delivery available. I said “okay but I’m just wondering why? I know it’s not your fault (the worker) but it’s always aproblem with delivery and I was just wondering what’s going on” he says they just don’t have enough delivery drivers.Understandable. Then a woman calls me back screaming at me saying that she had me on recording cursing her son out. Very muchall talk because I never did. Then she ends up delivering a random pizza I never ordered to me anyways. Every other daythere’s no delivery, every other day their card reader doesn’t work. Let’s not mention the extremely expensive wingprices. I just called and I had to call back and their phone was disconnected for the next 20 minutes I tried to call. Overalltheir food is good but I’ve ordered a good 30 times from them and about 25 of them the deliver took 2+ hours when they’re 10minutes away from my house. Order at your own risk. Read more
Never again. Tried a few times but there is always an issue. No small or big daddy pizza available. Part of my order landed on... the floor and I had to wait for them to remake it while the rest of my order went cold. Customer called to order a big daddy butsince there have none, he offered 16 cut champ telling him it was the same pizza. WRONG. Champ is a pre-made made shell and thebig daddy is hand tossed dough. Absolutely beautiful dining area, warm and welcoming! Also it's always so clean and the employees are delightful! To top it off... it is by far the best foxes pizza out there the food is always fresh and mouthwateringly delicious ???? ( yes I just mademouthwateringly an official word ????) Read more

Id give them a zero keep deleting my post on fb because of there over priced wings. Ignorant owners. Wing dings for 80 cents eat... in only claim high cost of sauces but every place around has whole wings twice the size of there wings for 1.25. Pretty funnyeveryone says what i say. And yes ive had them tiny wings. Waste of money. And your 3.5 ratings prove it. Change your attitudesor you wont make it out here. Yuk and yuk! Three times now! Always late delivery, girl on the phone is clueless, burnt pizza and severely burnt bread sticks.... Delivery dude was sketchy and poor attitude. A shame because Fox's used to be the best. We will definitely stay with Mt.Pleasant. Read more
