It's terrible. You have to order by touch screen. Not user friendly. No one to greet you. No human interaction, yet the food... cost more than ever, and workers are getting paid more than ever. For what? Poor Service!! Two drive thru lanes packed becauseservice was extremely slow. More workers standing around than waiting on customers. Food was cold, Fries undercooked and cold.Maybe this location should close up and Go Home! Read more

In a hurry to check in to our hotel, take out was the most expedient choice. Though we had to wait for the order at a curbside... location, it was only about five minutes until we received it. Prices here were higher, a reflection of the touristenvironment and the economy forced by the inflation of the ongoing pandemic. Read more
The manager tonight had no idea how to run his shift and it showed. The customer service sucked. I waited in the drive thru for... 10 mins before finally going inside to grab my mobile order. I go inside and waited for 45 mins. I wish I was exaggerating.Then, I notice the employees aren?t using gloves while handling the fries. The girl had super long nails with rhinestones onthem. No hair nets..there was only one guy in the kitchen and his manager wouldn?t even jump back there to help him catch up.One of the worst experiences ever. But with Covid and monkey pox they should be a little more strict with hygiene. Read more
The location was good and you get what you expect from McDonald's. Service could have been more friendly but generally they were... keeping the place clean. It was perhaps a language barrier, as staff that day were happier to speak in Spanish to bilingualcustomers. Some things we don't like about the reduced quality and variety at McDonald's for the increased prices, but we don'tcontrol that. Read more
This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to, in terms of speed, service and quality, they are the best. The cashier that I see... often is helpful and respectful. I will say, it has not always been this way, but recently it has really impressed me. Food isusually hot and better tasting than any other McDonald's I've been to. Read more

Drive through is not open 24 hours. Someone must be paying attention because since my previous review about how they were rarely... open on time they've been much better about being open on time. You could understand a late opening once in a while, thingshappen. Some times they're busy or need a few minutes, being short handed, but the crew is always polite and professional.Food is always fresh early am and the service is as fast as possible but always friendly with a smile!
