The main thing I love about franchises is it?s always consistent. Whenever I know that I want a certain meal and I wanted to... taste the exact same way it last time I go to outback steakhouse I love their 6 ounce steak loaded mashed potatoes and asparagusand it tastes the same every single time. You?d think working locally, and especially surrounded by business parks and office buildings, and in hunt valley this outback... would hold it self to a high standard. Making it a point to go out to a nice business lunch instead of bringing food from homewould be nice, atmosphere, food, service you know, a standard restaurant experience? Well this Outback is the opposite. Badmusic, the bar TV has a screensaver on? The service was non existent. Food took half an hour and when it got here? Mediocre.Burnt to a literal crisp shrimp was like eating cigarette butts. Steak over cooked (ordered medium) and dry noodles, it?sAlfredo where?s the frikkin sauce? Bad news for a seasonal special too you?d think it would be, special right, being THESPECIAL. Bartender was more preoccupied with chatting real close with his buddy than serving the rest of the bar. I was here 1.5hours and was offered a refill on my drink once. Didn?t get bread, didn?t even offer it. Fire that bartender. Don?t waste yourtime or money here, pick iron rooster or even Texas roadhouse, you?ll at least have a good time with guaranteed better serviceand food. Read more

Great service and staff; absolutely no complaints here. My waitress always made sure my glass was full. I've been to a lot of... Outback Steakhouses and this one had the worst French Onion soup. The porterhouse steak was perfect and so were the mixedvegetables. There is plenty of parking at this location. Bathrooms were clean but, be careful of the floor, it's veryslippery. Also, when you enter the building go to the right for Outback, there are two different restaurants on site. Read more
Headed here for dinner after an exhausting day of work and was not disappointed. Everything was cooked perfectly and delicious,... but most notably the service was what set this dining experience apart from others. My waiter (Chris) was very courteous,patient, attentive, and professional. He was knowledgeable about the menu items and quick with any request. When I asked for abox to take my leftovers home, he even remembered to bring me a bag (something I always forget to ask for!). His pleasantattitude was a comfort after a long day of work.
