I'm so disappointed. I put in my order of 2 glazed donuts and waited in the drive thru for 7 minutes to be told they were out of... glazed donuts. The worse Dunkin ever!! Awful customer service. They barely give you drink if you?re getting it iced. They actually charge for... light ice and it was still filled with a ton of ice. Don?t go here. It?s absolutely horrible. If I could give it NEGATIVE 1000starts I would. Read more

Don't bother. I thought I'd take my daughter for a special treat. Lobby was closed so we went through the drive thru. Employee... was irritated that I didn't know what donuts I wanted (she also said they don't have a donut menu and that's why it wasn't onthe screen). With an attitude she asked "well do you want me to sit here and list them all for you? Cuz there's a lot and it'sprobably gonna be too hard to remember". I asked if there was a menu online or on the app or something, because we didn't knowwhat we wanted without knowing what there was. She cut me off and started prattling off all of the donuts. I never even got ayes or a no about whether or not there was an online menu. Donuts don't taste so sweet after an experience like that. Read more

Originally had given 5 stars for consistent mobile orders. But they keep closing their front/cafe sitting area at least two... hours before they close and it's driving me nuts! If you're going to be drive-thru only at a certain hour it should beconsistent or noted on Google. This has happened three times in the last month. Read more

Very poor service this morning and it sucks because this is the closest location to me. I ordered $26.00 worth of food and it... was poor I ordered the bagel bites they were burnt. I also ordered a 10 count munchkin and the picture speaks for itself allsmooshed and looks like bites were taken out of them. I also ordered a large iced Matcha latte which is almost $5.00 and it wasmostly ICE very little drink and mostly milk no matcha. Read more

I would give 0 stars if possible. I tried giving this place multiple opportunities but to my disappointment I had worse... experience each time. Burnt food and disregard for basic customer service is just to name a few. Each of my visits required meto come back for missing items without any apologies (in fact the drive-thru lady rolled her eyes on me for asking about missingitems during last visit - seriously!!). I'll stick with going to other locations for breakfast. Read more

As a person that has enjoyed the quality of prepared food at other Dunkin' Donuts and trying to keep in mind that this is a New... location. I felt slighted during My first visit to this location. I had placed and order for items that were listed on the menuand one of the three items ordered were not available. I can understand the supply and demand issue..... New Store.... stockingproduct. My biggest dislike was the quality of the toasted Bagels I received. I did not open the package until I got home andthis was My morning delight. I took time to fill out the survey on the receipt and never heard back from Dunkin'. I can onlyhope that the quality of service improves. Critical feedback is needed at time to address opportunities.
