Edited: Initially I gave 2 stars but after them responding to my initial review telling me to email them my experience, and they... would some how try to rectify the situation, after over a week I haven’t gotten a response from the email, now we’re at 1star because this is a business that obviously doesn’t care about customer service. I also added the receipt to my picturesbecause i paid a decent amount of money for a horrible experience. Original review: I’m being nice with 2 stars. Outside ofthe bar being a little crowded, this place was empty. First we put in an order for Nachos, no jalapeños. The orders comes outwith what looks like extra jalapeños. We don’t even let the waitress sit the plate down and kindly just add, “I’m sorryit was suppose to be no jalapeños”. She comes back literally 2 minutes later and say “sorry guys I grabbed the wrongplate” ok no problem. After eating a couple of chips we realize the sour cream that was mentioned in the menu, was notpresent. We continue to eat because we’re hungry but still waiting on the waitress to ask us if we need anything. Half waythrough eating the nacho my mouth is completely on fire because I’m assuming I ran across the seed that feel out of thejalapeño that was allegedly on the other plate. The waitress never came until a couple minutes after completed our food. Weorder, I get Nashville hot Mac and cheese, somehow they bring out a Nashville chicken sandwich with a side of macaroni soup. Itell them, per what I ordered I was under the impression the chicken was supposed to be on top. Ok no problem, they bring me thecorrect macaroni soup out, (the worst version of macaroni I’ve ever seen in my life) and the plating is horrendous. Justthrown about. I ate about 3 bites and chose not to torture myself anymore. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because ofthe waitress who was helping the table beside us was doing an amazing job. Granddaughter ordered grilled cheese and got toast with 1 slice of cheese not melted. The five year old took one look at it and... refused to eat it because cheese wasn't melted. She can fix a better grilled cheese. Son in law ordered chicken tenders And gotfish and chicken. Long wait. Food was cold. Had to ask for refills. Waitress did not check on us. I'll say first it was late we were travelling to wedding, been on road 8 hrs. We put our order in around 1130 for a 1 am pickup.... Ordered 2 Jack Daniel chicken dinners and a bowl of French onion soup. This looks like something out of a kids cafeteria andsadly tastes worse neither my wife or I could even stomach finishing despite not eating most of the day. Met a colleague for the first time over happy hour. We were just looking to have a couple of drinks and the bar staff did a... great job of looking after us... clearly they were just getting set for the evening and they still were attentive to all theguests. Only reason this rating isn't higher is that we didn't really sample any of the food. Read more
I went with a friend on a weekend for dinner. They were out of so many food items but I was able to order the Nashville hot... wings. This was how my server brought it to me! My friend and I just exchanged a look right away and tried not to laugh. ????Who lets a dish out of the kitchen looking like this?! It’s not the server’s fault; there is a specific person who is meantto be in the kitchen doing quality control on all tickets so it’s that person/the BOH manager who I hold responsible. But holymoly! Not nearly enough attention to detail for the price point, which is sad because I really used to enjoy coming here. But$45 for two drinks and an appetizer that was very clearly carelessly put together just isn’t incentive to come back. Read more
Went on a date night tonight (November 16, 2021) with my husband and I was greatly disappointed. The service was good other... then never getting drink refills and we got an appetizer that was good but the Philly sandwich wasn't. That's my number onesandwich that I love and always get most places I go but the meat was so off.. I tried and tried to eat it and only finishedhalf of it.. ( WISH I STOPPED)the meat had a strong flavor... not a good one though. It was just off. My husband said the samething. His burger patty had a freezer taste. And if it wasn't for everything added on top of it, it would have tasted evenworse. As soon as I got in the car, I kept burping up the meat and now I'm not feeling so well. Hopefully the way I'm feelingwon't get pasted on to my 5 month old who is breastfed. If you look at my other reviews... i usually leave good 4 and up starsbut I was just that disappointed. Not sure if the meat has stayed way to long in the freezer or what not but something isoff.. . . . Update... now my husbands stomach isn't sitting well either. Great place to meet up with an old friend. TV volume was not overpowering. Club sandwich was awesome. Couldn't finish it... because of the amount of tater tots that came with the order. The salsa with the chips was tasty and they gave a good sizedportion. I will be back next visit. Read more
