Horrible experience. My daughter took me here for dinner on a Sunday night. We were seated promptly however, after an hour we... finally got a salad. We could not eat the salad however because we had no silverware. After waiting another 10 minutes to seeif they would bring us silverware we decided that was enough and we left. We were told that they had only 2 chefs on staff thatnight which I understand, and if that had been communicated to us I would be more understanding. As it stands I only gave 1star because I can’t give 0 stars. Save your money and go to eat at eaves! Read more

The truth is we were disappointed. We had ordered the filet and chicken combo. We went to celebrate a birthday and I greatly... appreciate the chef cooking in front of us but he only did two tricks and didn't even light the grill with a match. I'd guessthe talent and quality has changed ever since 2020 when the pandemic came about. 18% gratuity will be included in your bill. Read more

If I could rate a 0, I would. Made reservations at 7:00pm. Sat down at 7:07. Food was awful. The cook burnt the food and it... tasted like soy sauce. The egg that goes into the rice was black. The steak was chewy. The service was terrible. We had torepeatedly ask for water and find waitress, waited over an hour before cook came. Took 35 minutes to cook the food. Two membersof our party didn’t eat the food. We asked manager to take it off the bill after several back and forth and obviously twopeople in our party didn’t eat, they took the meals off. I showed them the food was uneaten. We waited 30 minutes again forthem to get our bills straight. Put tip into bill, which was frustrating given the service was bad. We came with friends andthey charged each one of us the wrong amounts using the wrong cards. Paid 6 times the amount for my bill because the managercharged me someone else’s bill and mine! After 30 minutes of explaining what happened, she finally refunded. This place is acomplete Waste of time and money. After everything, the manager still made us pay. Ridiculous. After walking out, we saw thegrade was an 89 B.???????????? Read more

Great getting seated fast but the wait for a full table and for the chef to come is a bit excessive. Waiter was nice but other... people at table were requesting Pepsi but out, then requested Dr Pepper, but out. Portions of plates compared to prices is a bitlow. In comparison to other Japanese hibachi restaurants it needs some help. Great potential for the restaurant but needs to“competitor visit” to make better. Read more

I should have read the reviews first! We got seated right away because we were the only ones there on time. Then we waited for... everyone else to show up. The last group didn’t show until the chef was already cooking. They used spaghetti noodles and thefood was bland, even the shrimp sauce. The show was pretty boring. The amount of food served was on the small side. The entirestaff was very polite. My cocktails were great! For the amount of money you spend there you would hope to get your money worth.Sadly it’s not the case. Read more

How fun! We took our daughter for her 5th birthday and she was treated to a delightful show! GREAT for a special night for kids,... but our chef had the adults laughing and clapping too. Yes, masks are required to walk to your seat, but then not required onceyou sit down. I think these places are reciprocal: if your party is all sitting on their phones not engaging, the show probablywon't be as good. But if you're engaged and laughing and clapping, the chef will happily step up their game. A fun night out,and completely reasonably priced given the special experience, our bill was around $50 for 3 people with a drink. We were thereon a Tuesday and had reservations, but they weren't necessary and we were quickly seated and served. Read more

The Positive: the setting is nice, the chief was very talented at his cooking show, the soup was good, and they sat us quickly... when we arrive. The Negative: The food was horribly over salted. The only favor your going to get is soy sauce. The gingersalad tasted like it was days old. The noodles were substituted spaghetti noddles. The meat and vegetables tasted like an overprice habachi grill at a Chinese buffet with extra extra salt. The service was lacking and slow. We had to ask for refills 3x.Lastly, the chairs are wobbly need replacement. Will not be back. Not the place I would choose for authentic Japanese food. Ifyou want the experience sure but if for the food absolutely not. Read more

First and last time dining at this location. Arrived at 7:20 for a 7:30 reservation. The hostess sat us about 15 minutes later.... Waited until 8:45 for the chef. Of course we were served soup and salad shortly after being seated, but waiting an hour andfifteen minutes for the chef to START cooking is unacceptable. We did not eat the main entrée until well after 9PM. The foodwas cooked quickly. The shrimp left much to be desired. Giving the experience 3 stars because the servers were very apologetic, and did their best. Read more
