This location used to be really decent, however it is currently anything but. Management blames it's employees, or lack thereof,... for poor service experience and offers the bare minimum to attempt to make up for it. Until management realizes that they needto step up and take ownership of their stores problems I will not be coming back. Read more
Love, Love, Love this location! It is tied for first place with Marco's at Mint Hill, NC. Always friendly staff, always fresh... food, always willing to make it right! Ordered two large extra cheese and two cinnamon squares. One dropped and they offered to fix it and I declined and just got the... refund for the item. That's not the issue and rep was nice. The issue is that when I come home there is no extra cheese and allI see is the red sauce through the cheese. The person (male) who took my order over the phone was not knowledgeable of theorder. Even when I arrived I asked him if he got the extra cheese he looked at the receipt and said yes but a clear as day evenon the receipt extra cheese is not coded. This by far was my worst experience with Marcos and I get pizza weekly (so I know whatextra cheese is) and now I have to find another pizza spot for my daughters weekly treat Read more

Always good, we have always been fans of Mellow Mushroom pizza. Since we don't have one close by Marco's is definitely just as... good for a less expensive price with quality ingredients. Good service at this location. Read more
I love the pizza. We will definitely continue to order pizza. With this location though we will more than likely just do... delivery. I do like the discount you get for doing pick up but the last couple times i switched to pick up and had to wait foratleast 30 minutes. It seems their online system doesn't match up with the workers. It's either human error or machine errorbut there was several people that came in with messages saying their pizza was ready. Long behold the pizza was still in theoven. I did feel bad for the one worker that was there. There was a delivery driver that came in that helped out a fewcustomers then quickly left with a delivery within 10 minutes. It was very nice to see more workers come in to help out. Thelocation did quickly fix what was happening. They workers seemed flustered and frustrated with what was going on so they werevery distant to the customers. Over all though i will continue to order pizza from this location.
