Awful staff. Messed up order twice. First time went back through drive thru and gave me the same messed up order so I went... inside this time and they try to fix it but still give me a sloppy burger thrown together aggressively. I would do negative stars if I could. At 2235 the cashier said on the Mike that" we have taken our last order." That was it.... Then her rude self logged off. No more response. The staff was friendly and service was pretty quick. However, the drinks/condiments area was one of the worst I have seen in a... while. In these Covid times, cleanliness is of the upmost importance. I would rather it be clean and have to wait an extra 10minutes for food. Read more
I am so over this McDonald's! I would give it ZERO stars if possible. The service is TERRIBLE!!!!! The numerous times I've been... there it seems like I can count the number of times I have actually gotten my order correct. The mager is so RUDE!!! When Ishowed her that my large fries weren't even filled her response was "well it was when I put it in the bag" and slammed thewindow shut. I got home put the 7 fries that were at the bottom of the bag back on the large fries container. Apart from thatthe drive-thru takes a long time. The staff tells you to pull over so they bring you your food. Be prepared to wait there for awhile.Take your popcorn and movie to enjoy while you wait for your food to be brought to you. I usually have a great experience at this location. Figured I would treat the kids while the wife was traveling. I arrived at... 4:51 and now sit here at 5:10 without food or an indication as to what is taking so long. Numerous other cars served before(from the second lane).
