Had such a good experience that I had to leave a review. I always have to rush to this location because I get off of work very... late and I always feel bad arriving close to closing time. When I got there, Jessica was working the drive thru and she isINCREDIBLE. Happiest person I have ever met and it 100% made my day better. This location is such a joke. What is the point of ordering through the app for in store pickup when the dining room is locked.... It?s 2pm. Then you have to sit in a long drive through line. Absolutely stupid. Read more
Had a wonderful experience at the Huntersville Taco Bell. I have five kids who all order the same thing and also cannot have... dairy so we order everything without cheese or sauce. I know this can be frustrating? But Tykeem was very patient with us,welcoming right away over the speaker, and it seemed like he genuinely enjoyed his job and talking with people. Joyfuldisposition, he was joking with my kids through the open windows, AND I think this is the FIRST time our order was done well andcorrectly!!! thanks Tykeem! Read more

By far the worst experience. My boyfriend has had head injuries, he asked for the tacos missing from our order. They made fun of... him for tripping on his words, and not being able to quickly answer every question. A female named Samone? She said her andother workers were from other stores. I?m a dasher and came here to pick up someone?s order, the order was ten minutes late. People who walked in and people in the... drive thru were being served before this dash order which they receive before I even get to the store. The manager was very veryrude and not helpful or concerned. There was a man there who placed his order online through their app and was waiting for hisfood longer than me or the two men that came inside to place their order who were also unimpressed with the service. The managerwas just horrible and appears to hate his job and people. Also he was wearing gloves while handling food and cash which isdisgusting. This is the first review I?ve ever given a place but I was so shocked at this place I felt I should so maybe hewould get notified and know that he should change his attitude or find another job as to not ruin people?s day. Every time I go they have a long drive-thru line! However, they move quickly & I've never had a long wait! Should have put the... entrance closer to Statesville roadb/c people don't like to drive around the building to get in the drive-thru the right way.This causes the line to back up in the main road & sometimes cause traffic. However, the food is good, usually warm, & so far,I've always gotten the right items. Read more
Absolutely horrible. Please read the below reviews and believe them. If I could give negative stars I would. Picked up food on... the way home from work and when I got home my order was completely wrong. Items were right but not the right ingredients. Sincewhen do hard shell tacos come slimy and with mushy avocado in them. No worries right... call and try to get a refund or creditor something and the manager was the rudest person I've ever spoke to. I was calm and collected and he basically blamed me. Iknow this review will do nothing but did lodge a corporate complaint. I don't care much about the money side but customerservice here is literally not a thing. DO NOT GO HERE. Read more
