Several issues. We asked for crispy bacon and it came burnt. The attitude of the server changed after that. When she brought... syrup for the waffle, she slammed it on the table. When paying, asked to see the bill to ensure the bacon had been removed, andshe wouldn't/couldn't break down the bill. Last time I eat at this location. My wife & I stopped in at 3:40a.m. Sunday morning the 6th of November 2022. I was told that I couldn?t place a to go order, it... was in diner eating only. I explained that I had an animal with me and my wife was in the vehicle with our dog. I was told I hadto eat inside, so assuming it?s due to concern of not being tipped I made sure to let her know I very much intend on tipping.Once again she stated I could only order if I was eating in the dining area. After looking at the menu and deciding what toorder I was told there was no coke, sprite (etc) basically leaving tea, oj or water to choose from. While asking for two sweettea?s some patrons who were already eating asked for to go boxes and the same waitress who told me I had to eat inside gladlyhanded them to go plates and lids. Being extremely confused at this point I asked again could I not just order to go and wastold no. Someone make sense of this for me please!! How can I get a to go box but cannot place a to go order? My coworker picked up breakfast before work, i got a blueberry waffle and hash browns. I took a bite and wondered why it was... crunchy. There are eggshells all in my waffle!!! Disgusting. Read more
I ordered an American breakfast and paid while they were making it. They handed me a bag, no waffle I called it to the... attention of the person who took my order. I got a roll of the eyes and she tossed it in my bag. I checked the secondcontainer which did not include my bacon. It was a $13 breakfast plus a tip which I would take back if I could. Our waitress wasn't incredibly kind. The food was exactly as you would expect it to be. Bathroom reeked of piss which is also... par for the course so this was a great trip to Awful Waffle. Loved it! Read more
This is the dirtiest Waffle House ever!!! Their improper sanitary conditions can get patrons sick. I don?t know about other... shifts, but this crew was bad. My family and I were driving through states after vaca and decided to stop and get the kidswaffles. We went in around 11:30am. They were a bit busy and the restaurant was pretty dirty, but I let it slide cus I thoughtthe waiter would clean up properly after the last customers left so we can sit. There were food under tables and spilledbeverage on the floor. Our waiter cleared the tables and wiped it down with a wet towel she took from the kitchen area that wasjust sitting there. She hardly wiped the tables and then literally threw the towel back to the same area. Later she took thesame exact towel and wiped another table without washing or disinfecting it. I was a bit grossed out while we waited for her tofinish. I thought she would at least wipe down the chairs and clean up the food that fell on the floor but she didn?t. Shecalled us over and we had to step over the spilled beverage and sit with food below our feet. This franchise should at leasthave a standard cleaning protocol for staff to follow. Our tables were still sticky and I had to clean it with my own personalwipes. After we ordered our food, I started to look around and to my disgust, you would not believe how dirty the kitchen was.There were food and garbage all over the floor, and dirty counter and stove tops. They just trampled over it back and forthwithout bothering to pick up or wipe down. There were at least 6 staff members, so no excuse for the dirty conditions. The staffwas having their own personal conversations, talking and laughing out loudly over food and drinks in their hands without facecoverings. Our waiter even brought us syrup in the filthiest half filled syrup jug, with syrup running down the sides and dirtyhandles. August 5 the 3 black people that worked on second shift was lazy as hell. We went In around 7:40. Left around 8 cause we did not... even get our drinks. One lady was out front charging her phone well on it. If you do go here come in after 10. The people onthird shift are way better at there job and have a work ethic unlike the lazy workers on second shift. Read more
Worst Waffle House experience ever. Server spent more time on her phone than serving our table of three people. Cook disappeared... for 30+ minutes as soon as we sat down. Ordered patty melt but received an overcooked cheeseburger. Had to remind servermultiple times that she forgot my waffle. When it arrived, it was half the size of the normal waffle.
