We had a taco pizza delivered that had no toppings on it. I called and the manager was happy to replace it and send us the... missing toppings from the first one. Something was wrong and they fixed it. Simple as that. Read more

Really good experience every time for delivery! Before this location opened, the closest Hut to my house took a lot longer and... the pizzas would usually arrive underdone, and needing to be put back into my oven at home. This location gets to my placeridiculously fast, and the pizzas have come out just right every time. They're really close to where I live, but the quicknessof their service has saved my butt so many times when I've been hungry right before work. It's impressive how efficient they arewhen they haven't been open for too long! Thanks for the good service. Read more
This Pizza Hut always has great service. I guess they messed up a pizza i ordered. So they remade it but also gave me the... messed up pizza. I got 2 large supreme pizzas for the price of one. I ordered from this location for my son's slumber party in April this year and the pizza we got was not only wrong but wasn't... even close and we had to throw it out. When we called, the woman I spoke to was very helpful and offered to replace it or giveus a credit. We took the credit. I called tonight to redeem our credit and was told that they expire after 28 days. The managerasked me if anybody had told us that they expired and when I told her they had not she didn't offer to extend it as a courtesy.Nobody had mentioned that our credit would expire or else we would have used it instead of feeling like we just lost out on ourmoney. We paid for a pizza that we didn't even get to eat, that we didn't order. I work in the restaurant industry and have for15 years and if this would have happened at ANY of the places I worked, we would have extended it as a courtesy. I am more upsetwith this pizza hut tonight than I was when they messed up our order. At least they were willing to make it right that night.Doubt we will be back. Read more
Best Pizza Hut in the Fort Wayne area. 5-star service, and the staff is very friendly. They always check to make sure my order... is correct and I'm happy with it before leaving. Our new go-to for "too lazy to cook tonight" dinners at home! Read more
They do a good job overall usually but of course no one is perfect. O ordered it online for a pickup time and they apparently... gave my pizza to someone else (idk how you do that) and had to wait another 15min however the manager was very nice andpersonally brought my order out and gave me a coupon for a free pizza next time. will keep coming.
