Had a late lunch with my dad ,when we went in girl working front service counter was setting on service table food goes on... messing with her phone . Very nice staff in the drive through. Diet coke was cold and fizzy. Ribeye Cheesesteak was a disappointment. More bread than... filling and very little steak along with onions and red peppers. Read more

If they get your order right then the food is pretty good but that after you sit in drive thru for 15-20 mins

I went through the drive through and made my order. When I came to the window I was charged twice. The first order was for the... person behind me, the second order was my own. I only got my order. After taking care of matters at home I looked at the receiptand found I was charged twice. I returned to Arbys, asked to speak to the manager to get this issue resolved. To either refundme the second order or fill that order since I already paid. The manager said there was nothing they could do. Since I came inlater since leaving the drive through there was nothing he could do. So for charging me for an order I did not receive or havingit refunded I?m going to call corporate, and report the charge to my bank as a fraudulent charge. If they were able to rectifythis situation I would have given a better review. I have the receipts, this will be taken care of. 1 star because I cannot give0 stars. Read more

I was in the mood for wanting to go to Arby's for dinner recently, but when I arrived, the dining area had to be closed, even... though the drive-thru part was still open. I was able to wait for one of the employees to open the door, and they were able totell me that the reason the dining area was closed because they "didn't have enough staff", which I thought was pretty stupidand pathetic. Arby's is supposed to be a big restaurant chain that always has plenty of people on staff in case they have anycustomers such as myself who just want to dine inside and eat, especially if they don't have a car and had to walk to get there,which I what I was able to do. I don't know why this particular establishment doesn't have enough employees on hand, but itsounds more like bad management if they want to lose customers that way, and they should just hire more people. The Buffalo chicken seemed hotter than usual, and I had to repeat my order three times because the drive thru attendant was... clearly talking to someone else about personal things while I was saying my order. I guess they forgot my order and how to letthe button go????. Read more

Won't be going to this location again due to being told they can't add an already pre made side salad to our order. Never has a... fast food restaurant ever refused to add an item to an order due to other costumers being in line behind us. Logically doesn'tmake sense. Read more
