I love the drinks but the food has slipped down hill a bit

The burger was fresh and the fries were hot. It was good.
Had an issue the other night with the app. Placed my order ahead of time and money came out of account ($70 pending). Went to... pick up and they never received our order. However, the manager, Chasity, came out and helped resolve the issue. My money thatwas pending returned and we were able to place our order thru the app again. The wait wasn't long and the food was great. Thisis definitely the best Sonic around our area, friendly staff, fast service, and clean. Read more
I had a coupon BOGO so I tried to order ahead but could not w the coupon so I called it in. I was there in 6 min. They said 5-10... min.. I didnt wait but a few min.. that's great.. but the fries and tots were cold, the burgers were great...I do love the iceso I often order a bag.. lately I've had to wait extra long times just to get a bag of ice alone.. that irritates me big but Ilove that ice!! Ordered chili cheese tots, I got fries. My peach water had no peach flavoring in it but I was charged for it. And my corn dog... was burnt. First time I've ever stopped at this location and definitely will be the last. Very disappointed. I stopped beforework so couldn't bring anything back for it to be fixed and when I called to tell them the girl who answered the phone literallylaughed and said mistakes happen.
