I stopped here on the way home and not being from the area… didn’t know what to expect.. The food and service blew me away.... Nicole was awesome ! Worth the 25 min drive from my home I’ll go back just for Nicole! She was awesome and made a greatimpression! She deserves a customer service award! In this day we almost expect poor service but she was truly amazing!!! Makesme want to go back and refer people for the amazing food as well!!!! Bertucci’s is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. I always get take out, but yesterday was the perfect day to eat in.... They had the 80s prices menu and it was awesome. I had a “sporkie” pizza and it was just great! Shannon is one of the bestservers that bertucci’s has. She made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back. Read more

The Huntington Valley Bertucci's has single handedly changed our opinion of the restaurant...and it couldn't be better. From... the manager, to our three waitresses Morgan, Dianne, and now Becky...to the food, and the specials they offer. Very happy, veryimpressed, and absolutely will be back again. This place is the definition of inconsistency. When they are good…it’s really good. But when they’re bad…it’s really... bad. Tonight was the perfect example, so I had to finally leave a review. Ordered 2 pizzas, exactly the same, one came outdecent but slightly undercooked and the other was burnt and terrible. I don’t know how a pizza chef can even put out a productlike this unless it’s ordered as “well done” or “lightly cooked.” It’s so hard to get a good pizza from hereanymore. First couple times I ordered last year and was totally impressed but the last 6 months have been so bad that I hadn’teven ordered there in months bc you never know what you’re gonna get, as was the case tonight. Management should reallypromote a quality product or this place won’t last much longer. I’m sure the amount of orders and more importantly, REPEATORDERS has went way down with the quality. It’s a shame bc the ingredients are very good and tasty to make a good product whenthe order is made correctly. Read more

I have been twice in the past two weeks with my friends. The first time, we had a lovely waitress named Rhianna, who is one of... the most wonderful people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is kind and friendly and very good at her job. The secondtime we went, we asked for her specifically because we loved her so much. If Rhianna is your waitress, you are in for atreat. The food was delicious. Some of the best I've ever had. The chicken piccata was lemony and saucy and wonderful. Thegrilled salmon with rosemary potatoes and wilted spinach was to die for. The lemoncillo mascarpone cake is light, moist, andvery refreshing afyer a meal. The garlic knots have a slight spicy kick to them. If you go, I recommend mixing raspberry icedtea with lemonade. Food has been presented absolutely perfect. Qualtiy of food was delicious. Texture absolutely mouth watering and overall, the... atmosphere excellent. The waiter Rebecca was superb. Recommend asking for her. She was on point everytime. Couldn't have askedfor a better Waiter. Overall, very clean place. Very well maintained, clean, everyone is polite, professional, and overallatmosphere as stated before is very welcoming. Excellent excellent.
