This was our first time, and Larry and Mike were amazing at fitting us in after about 30 min without a reservation (which we... will have next time). The service and food were terrific, and we each enjoyed tasting what the others in our party of 3 ordered.They have a menu with a large number of tempting options. We love calamari appetizers, and theirs is one of the best we’vetasted—thick slices cooked perfectly, with light breading and a wonderful glaze. We had a clam entree in a spicy red sauce,salmon in a vodka cream sauce, and a vegetarian pasta dish with mushrooms/ricotta cheese/truffle oil—all 3 were great! We hadno room for dessert, but, of course, we ordered it anyway—the 3 of us shared/enjoyed the vanilla ice cream with the cherry inthe middle and dark chocolate coating. We’ll be back very soon! Wow, what a find! My business partner and I are from out of town and decided to stop in for a late lunch. The owner Michael,... host Larry, and waiter Jason are the most hospitable group of gentleman I have encountered in a long time. If the impeccableservice was not enough the cuisine at La Strada will surely win your heart. The appetizer, main course, and desert weredelicious!! Absolutely nothing special for their overpriced menu. My $48 fish special was disgusting but I didn’t say anything and just... picked at it as much as I could to avoid a fuss. Slow service. Waiters are either clueless or scammers. As if their ridiculousprices are not enough, they scam you on little things such as pretending salads are included with your meal and then adding themto the bill, or not bringing you coffee but keeping it on the bill after you specifically reminded them that you never got yourcoffee. This was a birthday dinner and we told them that. They didn’t even bother putting a candle on the birthday person’sdessert. They don’t forget to add 20% tip though. Awesome food. It's BYOB so you'll need to be prepared. Chef specials sounded amazing, but we already had our hearts set on menu... items. All were decent sized and no one was disappointed. Ended with both the lemon cake and tiramisu and can't decide which wasbetter... but gotta say it was some of the best tiramisu I have ever had. Read more

First timer at restaurant. The service was exceptional, wonderful waitress and staff, very attentive and knowledgeable. The... atmosphere was very nice. The food was okay, on the pricier side, leaning towards not going back because of these two factors(okay food and cost). We spent $85 for two with tip, no alcohol or appetizers. Read more

My wife and I visited La Strada this past Saturday for my nephew's Baptism lunch. The front of house was excellent and took care... of any special requests. The food tasted great and the plating was nice. This is the reason for 2 stars, not 1. However, I sithere typing this while severely dehydrated, light headed, dizzy, with a headache, recovering from the worst 48-hours I'veexperienced in many years. I will spare you the absolutely disgusting details (Think of that scene in "Bridesmaids" after theyate at the Brazilian restaurant - only brutally worse and for a much longer duration), but a majority of the people in our partyhave been suffering from suspected Norovirus (Tested COVID-Negative). This hit us all on Sunday afternoon/night. We live indifferent parts of the country and this was the only meal we had together. I have been living in my bed for the past 48-hours,had to use a valuable paid day off yesterday, and was only able to work today because I can remote into my job. My sistercontacted La Strada to inform them about this on Sunday and still has not heard back. Whether this was Norovirus due to someonenot washing their hands properly or Gastroenteritis/Food Poisoning due to bad food, it is completely unacceptable! An amazing first experience!! We were 10 minutes late to our reservation from rain, and waited another 15 minutes for a table.... DIDNT MATTER. worth every minute of the wait! They are busy for a reason! We had John as our server. He was exceptional. Sofunny and did not hold back with his customers in terms of personality and laughs. He also knew all the repeat customers aroundus by name, which me and my fiancé loved (gives a more family feel). We were well beyond closing hours and weren’t rushed atall.
