I?m paying $13 for a salad, please put lettuce in the bowl. Instead the girl, who was slurring and seemed to be under the... influence of something-while also talking about things that are inappropriate in front of customers, grabbed a hand full oflettuce - yes, WITH HER HAND!- and threw it in the bowl. This is by far the worst saladworks i?ve ever been to. I have given it 3 chances and each time it?s awful. They have 13 year... olds with braces making and serving the food. They are not properly trained at all. The kid filled up my salad half way andcharged me $12 for it LOL. The first time I ordered a soup, they ran low and he filled it up half way and showed it to me andsaid ?we ran out, is this good?? no sir, that?s not good but thanks. This time I got a salad and soup, the salad was half filledagain and the soup was COLD. Not even a little warm, just cold. This place is too expensive to be messing up food like that. I came in for a basic romaine Salad and im leaving amazed at this place. The employee, Carly, was so nice and helpful and... everything you could imagine. I received service from two young men who were competent, friendly, and efficient. The food was made exactly as ordered. There... was a female employee who was not very kind to the other employees and had a sour attitude that was unwelcoming. She seemedbothered with dressing being used for my order because she just filled a dressing bottles. Read more
The food at this Saladworks is fantastic and great for anyone who is health -conscious as well as looking to have a healthy... meal . I highly recommend trying their Farmers Market Salad. I will definitely be ordering food from here again in the nearfuture. Read more
I won't be eating there again. Saladworks at 759B Huntingdon Pike, Huntingdon Valley. Because I didn't leave a tip they... deliberately and deceitfully screwed up my online order. My receipt clearly shows I requested Kale for my greens, and "NoRomain/ Iceberg blend". So, what did they do? They carefully concealed all of these iceberg lettuce hearts under a thin layerof kale placed over top of them ????. They were bold to deliberately and deceitfullly disregard my instructions, and handed myorder to me while smiling like the cat that ate the canary. Who knows what they are bold enough to do to the food behind closeddoors ????. ISo, I no longer trust this place to handle my food. About the tip... When I ordered online I selected $0 for thetip. For grab and go service, sometimes I tip other times I don't. I went into the store to pick it up. They didn't bring theorder to my car. I did all the work, they just placed my food in the bowl and the bag. I used to get a salad from here atleast 4 times a week. They lost a regular customer over a dollar or two. TURN IT OFF. Used to love it here. Came back recently and the place in in shambles and then i found out how poorly the employees... are paid and treated here. Not a good move. Someone should put this place out of its misery like the dying dog that it is!! Read more
