They put sugar all the time, although I order without sugar. there was no time to change, I just had to not drink my coffee

Theres a lady that works here, manager I'm assuming. She screws everyones orders up and confuses all the employees. Ive noticed... this happen multiple times when I come here to order. First she didn't take my name down and didn't put my order in, so when Iwaited for over 15 min for my coffee she tried to assure me she called my name out. When I asked her what my name was shemumbled and walked away. Ive went through drive through and can see her inside confusing the girls taking orders at the drivethrough. I don't know her name and I won't go out of my way to learn her name, but she needs to leave, soon. very soon. Read more

I took a walk over there only to find out dining room was closed. I ended up going to Dunkin & only pd a fraction of what you... charge for the same thing. Your prices are way too high & a rip off. Going to get my coffee from Dunkin or Wawa from now on;besides theirs is so much better. I don't care if you have a staffing shortage, I work retail & everyplace is shorthanded. This is the worst Starbucks ever 7:45pm on a Saturday morning and doors are locks, pull up to the drive through and they say... they are not opening until 8pm for and unforeseen staffing issue. That woman couldn?t really make 2 drinks?? I have nothing butissues at this Starbucks. Work on it. Read more

Ignored at the drive thru window by a young lady who was working on fixing her head set. It was 5:20am, store opens at 5am.... Thought she was probably by herself and didn't or couldn't take any orders due to issues with headset. The professional way tohandle the situation was to open the drive thru window and kindly let me know she wasn't able to take orders. However shecompletely ignores my existence when she clearly knows I'm there. Not the first time I'm ignored by staff at the huntingdonValley location. horrible place. the workers are only there to hang out. they have to close at 4 because they all think they are too good to work... a night shift. since they close so early you'd think the store would at least be clean... but nope..... good luck getting adrink that isn't made with chunky warm milk. or in a clean cup. 6:30 pm on a Saturday. Posted hours state they are open until 9:30 pm. Doors locked. Staff inside ignoring customers at doors.... This isn't bad customer service. Worst starbucks. Its right next to my work so I used to stop here most mornings, but they never get what I order correct. I... stopped coming here. Came back today after a few weeks and got a sandwich with no cheese. Says no cheese on the slip too but ithad cheese on it. Cant eat it and cant go run back and wait in line for 20 mins for a new one. So thats $5 wasted. I also onlyget white hot chocolate, as I can?t have caffeine. They constantly give me regular hot chocolate or white mocha. Cant have themand they give attitude when I have to give it back? annoying??????? Read more
