Yesh...this place is a train wreck. I waited for over 20 minutes inside for food, and they told me I was "number 8 on the... board." There were only 4 of us waiting for food. At one point, the manager had multiple employees looking for coke. Itwas...bizarre. Eat elsewhere. Read more

Ordered online. Parked in spot 1. No one came out so I went inside and gave them my order number. An hour later and several... times checking they claimed they didn?t have my order so I cancelled it and left. I honestly witnessed the worst management ofstaff over that 1 hour timespan I?ve seen in a long time. Employees were very verbal about all reasons for the bad service. Iwatched no less than 5 refunds to other customers, I should have followed suit sooner. I also witnessed special treatment givento friends of employees? orders. I hope for the location owner?s sake they make changes ASAP. Read more

This is the second time in two weeks that I've tried McDonald's in Huntington and both times my burger was burnt beyond... recognition. The first time I called to let the store know I was unhappy with the quality of sandwich produced. The second timeI have called and called and called back to back to no avail. I have yet to speak to anyone from the store nor find any otherpoint of contact such as an email or direct message option. Read more

When a customer has to wait 15 to 30 minutes for FAST food, it's ridiculous. One of the managers won't acknowledge you until you... state your needs. The management needs to be better. Read more

Incompetent. Half my breakfast order was missing so I pulled around to go inside and get it but the lobby was closed (with no... sign to alert people before getting up to the door) so I had to sit in the world's slowest drive thru for a second just toreorder what was missing wasting time and money all because they didn't check the bag before handing it out the window. Update:you guys now owe me not only for this sandwich but now a cinnamon roll. I was asked to pull forward because they were waiting onthem and I was given not a fresh one, oh no they served me a rock soil burn thing that was not even close to being edible! Youcould smell that it was burnt why would you think that was fine? And again the lobby was locked so I could return it. Read more

It's McDonald's so it's not going to be great but the service was quick and efficient. I'm not sure what was going on with an... older gentleman who appeared to be the owner kind of yelling at the girl that was I'm assuming is the manager but from what Icould tell they were very busy and she was doing an exceptional job of making things flow smoothly Well I'd like to update myreview. Twice now I've gotten in line and they have two drive thrus and whomever is supposed to be keeping track of going backand forth between them taking orders has no idea what they're doing. Today I set there at the speaker waiting to order as theytook three people in the right lane so I just cut out of line and left. Another update. Got a medium fry that was over halfempty. Picture attached. Went to the drive-thru last week ordered a Big Mac combo and my Big Mac was nothing but three piecesof bread one piece of cheese and two hamburgers. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I came in for lunch. They had 2 lanes but one was closed off. Not a big deal. But I had to... pull up to the third window because they were making my food fresh.
