The soup was light but bursting with flavor, the jade roll was surprisingly refreshing, and the rest of the items weordered (spring rolls, gyoza, dragon roll, shrimp tempura roll, and shrimp cucumber roll) were outstanding. Not too bad the first time I went. I had General Tso's chicken and white rice. It tasted amazing and very fresh. My wife had... shrimp and lo mein and she absolutely loved it. Staff was very friendly and the service was quick. The atmosphere is pretty coolas well! The second time I went I had the same thing and it tasted very soggy. I could barely eat it. If you're in the Huntington area and love sushi... CHECK THIS PLACE OUT! A hidden gem in a shopping outlet. The hostess/waitress... was the best we have had in a long time. She was attentive, bubbly, and cute! She helped us with a suggestion for a roll (spicysalmon) and we weren't disappointed! The lobster rangoons were absolutely amazing and perfectly done! I loved the fried tofu. Itwas like eating a fried cloud! I don't know how to explain it. ???? Everything was delicious! We loved the sake. We're notreally ones who like tvs in restaurants but we loved that they had a program on that showed Japanese cooking. We could have satall afternoon there and enjoyed that!
