Called to order 2 large pizzas. Female work said she didn't have time to take off a coupon for buy one get one off. So she hung... up. So i called back. Got a Male worker. He was happy to take order and apologize for the female worker. He had heard her when trying to order the first time. When to top it all off with her great costumer service. Walked in to pick up pizzas. Gentlemensaid the female worker would be right there. So I waited seeing her standing in the corner drying her hands. Thendisappearing behind the oven. Waiting another 5 minutes. She slowly walked to the register. The lady had a very bad attitudespeaking with me and even raised her voice. Will not be returning. Awful service. Read more
Completely messed up my order and refused to do anything about it. I'll never order from any Papa John's ever again.
I hate to do this because I love Papa John?s, but the service is terrible. Zero consistency. Bad service.
Tried to order 3 pizzas over the phone. Do not recommend. Got sent to a call center in what seemed like India just to order a... pizza from across town. Talked to someone I couldn't understand for fifteen minutes. Finally he transfered me to the store andthe girl who answered told me I'd have to place my order through the call center. Never again. Went somewhere else in Huntingtonand got better pizza. I'd rather eat frozen pizza over having to deal with ordering from that place again. Read more
Wish I could give 0 stars called to place and order was on hold for 20 mins then was told I had to call the hot line and they... don't take orders in store. I asked if I could speak with a manager. Was told to call the hot line and talk to someone who givesa S***. Then he hang up. I called back the same kids answered and said "hey Bi***" Read more
Placed online order, quoted 22 minutes for carry out. Arrived 27 minutes after my order and the order was just then being made,... had to wait another 15 minutes. The guy at the end of the make line said it?s the call center, not us. When I said I orderedonline, he just said oh well, you?re on the list. Didn?t care at all that they were double the quoted time. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. There call center told us the wrong time, by over an hour. Hung around in town to... get the pizza and when we showed up they said ?sorry it?s gonna be another 45 minutes?. When I complained and asked the managerabout it he just said ? we get a lot of complaints about it but it?s a major time saver for us? I asked if he was ok with losingbusiness and he said ?whatever ?. They made no effort to make it right. Terrible customer service will not go back. Read more
Every time I order from here there is an issue of some kind. Tonight takes the cake. Order dinner on the app and what do you... know my husband's pepperoni crusted papadia has Alfredo sauce on it instead of pizza sauce. I look at my order it says I wantedAlfredo which i assure you i did not. So i check the app and alfredo sauce isnt even an option for a sauce on this particularitem on the app. Last time this happened they put Buffalo sauce on my son's pepperoni pizza and told me it was my fault andthey couldn't do anything about it. So instead of trying to give them a chance to fix it this time I am just going to writethis review and let everyone know how big of a disappointment this pizza establishment is myself and my family and just warnpeople not to use the app because they will not hold themselves responsible for any mess ups in the app. Read more
