Hours have changed since the 'rona hit. NO LONGER 24HRS...new hours are 5AM-10PM everyday all week. FYI East Northport on... larkfield rd. is still 24hrs. Service at this 25A location has been inconsistent, depends who you get. Came here on a snow dayonce and got an entire box of donuts on the house lol! Read more
A poorly run store that seems to be out of the basics all the time. Tonight it was hot fudge! The response from an employee was... unacceptable when I aired my complaint because this wasn't the first time I wasted my time by going to that location. She turnedher head instead of listening to what I had to share. I was respectful and not one of these crazed people who complains abouteverything. I won't be returning. This location seems to be run by children who can't ensure that their location is stocked withbasics. There are plenty of ice-cream and coffee shops in Huntington. Read more
Hand delivered my sons ice cream cake in time for his 4th birthday party. The cake was damaged the previous evening coming from... queens - where they make the custom cakes - and I thought we were doomed. Keep in mind Baskin Robbins is the only place thatmakes ice cream cake with the battered baked cake in the cake. (No one knows what this is here in NY but it?s a very popularcake down south) The store took care of it and showed concern and care to deliver the large cake. The product was great and Iappreciated the customer service. Their ice cream is better than the other spots in the area (Huntington, Greenlawn,Northport). Service is good. Read more
This place is the worst. They?re literally always out of stock on almost all the ice cream flavors. When we asked what flavors... they do have after asking for the most basic flavors like cookie dough, mint chocolate chip, coffee, and cookies n cream theironly response was vanilla... what good is an ice cream place without ice cream? Went to drive thru, was told the ?milkshake machine ? was down.. it?s called a blender but sure.. waited in the lot for 10min,... went inside ordered a milkshake and no problem.. called the girl out they have 3 ?milkshake machines?.. educated her on theEnglish dictionary and left.
