Some of the best French Bistro food you’ll find on Long Island. I’ve been here a few times and I’ve yet to order something... I didn’t absolutely love. Bistro Cassis is soooooo good. I got the Duck Cassis. The duck was perfectly cooked and the sauce was absolutely amazing. The... raspberries added a perfect amount of citrus to the rich cassis sauce. The mushroom confit was so creamy that my tongue meltedinto that buttery goodness and I was in a sinful state of French food bliss. 1st experience of dining at Bistro Cassis. Absolutely cannot wait to go back!!! The entrees including salmon, chicken, and duck... were absolutely delicious!!! French onion soup to start was perfect. Fresh berries layered in filo dough was the ideal ending.Wait staff was courteous and did not rush any part of the meal. I would highly recommend Bistro Cassis!!! Read more
