It is only good for five minutes after you purchase it. After that it becomes cold and nasty

Got the order completely wrong. Don't even know their own menu. Told me they didn't have 2 cheese burgers, but could order a... cheeseburger and another cheeseburger! Paid for 4 cheeseburgers but discovered when we got home only was given 2. Got drinkwrong as well. For some reason indicated for me not to move up to the window when there was no one in front of me, confusingthose behind me as well. Found out this is to cheat the system, they have a timer and are if they do this it tricks themetrics. One time was asked to pull into the parking lot and they would bring me the order. This is apparently to make it appearthey are serving faster as you pull through the drive through window as if you were served. If problems are not correctlyrecorded how will they ever be fixed? This tricking the system also inconveniences the customer. Read more
70-80% of the customers are Spanish speakers. The young gentlemen are nice to all the customers. Happy visit.
My daughter and I had a Uber eats pick up delivery at this burger king. I understand that the current order we were supposed to... pick up wasn?t ready yet. We were told to go inside and wait so we did, we placed an order since my daughter was hungry, i wentto the bathroom and she paid with my card. The transaction showed up on my app which showed the transaction went through! Theyhad the audacity to argue back stating my card didn?t go through. Another customer with their child watching the whole thingeven looked at my phone to verify what we said! They refused to give us the food or refused to show proof it was declined. Itwasn?t worth arguing with other ppl watching? i was so angry that i left? I called the bank, they also confirmed that thetransaction did go through and they should of given me the food. The rep was nice enough to put in a dispute. Sadly i had to geta new card and wait for it in the mail. She was kind enough to get it expedited. So I would never order from this Burger kingever again, so sad since they aren?t professional and I would never recommended anyone to waste their time here!!! Read more
This is a really cool Burger King location! Large and spacious inside, with nice atmosphere and decor. Big plasma TVs, electric... fireplace, multiple seating options. Food was fresh and orders were correct. Check it out if you're in the area and craving BK! Read more
Very disappointed. Had Covid?been in the house for 3wks?needed a burger so I went around the corner to go to my Burger King!... The fries were soggy and cold. The chix fries were cold too??? What the heck? I ordered the jalapeño cheese item and they werenever added to my order. (At least I wasn?t charged) The menu board jutted out into the driveway too. The guy in front of medrove on the grass to get around it. I barely got by. Thank god the burger was good! Next time I?ll go to checkers. Read more
