Love this bakery for years now. Bought from them a lot of times and I can say that they are the best. The selections are all top... notch and would recommend this place. Cakes are reasonably priced and they do get busy so try to order early especially if youhave a special order. Read more
They messed up my niece?s baptism cake. They couldn?t find it and every staff member asked me what it looked like as they spent... several minutes trying to find it. Spelled her name wrong and when I asked them to fix it, all they did was remove the pinkicing and leave the indent of the missing letter clearly visible on the cake. Told me anything else would look worse. We get tothe party and realize once cut that it was missing one of the two fillings! Both her correct spelling and the correct fillingswere clearly marked on the receipt. I knew I missed Reinwald?s, but this is appalling behavior for a bakery. Read more

I had the worst experience here and its very sad because I have been coming here since they opened ????. I ordered a tres leche... cake here and it was not done when I picked it up. I was told it could be done in 20 minutes 1 hr after waiting I finally gotit. The cake was a disaster it fell apart as soon as I cut it. The next day I got the run around promised that the owner wouldcall me never received a call back. I also got yelled at by someone and told no one is going to help you so bye.. Went inpersonally and no manager or owner came out to speak with me. They had an employee come speak to me and give me an email for arefund. It was so unprofessional of them. Read more
This place is horrible! When they first opened up a couple of years ago they made the best cookies I have ever tasted. ... Recently, over the past year or so I went there 3 times. HORRIBLE! I bought cupcakes that were not edible at all, and thecookies were stale. Got danish that was "OK". I ordered a custom cake the other day and spent a small fortune on it. It wasbarely edible! The buttercream left our mouths feeling greasy, the cake was burnt, and the "vanilla pudding" I requested wasactually custard. The cake part was so dense that it felt chewy! Also, "yellow cake" should not be white in color...so theymessed that up too. Absolutely ruined the birthday party that the cake was purchased for. But hey...at least they spelled thebirthday girls name right. ????. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Honestly it is insulting to me that they took my money and felt thatthis cake was worthy of the cost. I ordered a cake for my son?s birthday and when i cut the cake and severed everyone, they said the frosting tasted like butter... and so when I tried it it was 100% butter no sweetener or anything pure butter. I called and emailed then and i have not got aresponse since. I do not recommend ordering cakes there EVER!! But they did amazing with the appearance. Read more
Always loved the butter cooky in floral park now they've opened one in Huntington... Lucky us. The desserts are fabulous...... Especially love the miniture cakes which let you sample them bf ordering larger size... However I don't think you can go wrongwith any of them. My personal favourite is the fruit filled cake. Moist white cake with layers of custard and filled with freshfruit topped with fresh whipped cream icing. Now the bakery opened the cafe where you can order breakfast or lunch items. I'vehad both... The panini's are awesome as well as the breakfast sandwiches. I was pleasantly surprised with freshly madeingredients... Nothing frozen or microwaved. May have been the freshest ommelette I've ever had. Hesitated to write a review bcI don't want to wait to get in if the word gets out. Update... Been back several times and everything is fabulous... I really don?t ever like leaving bad reviews but this time I just have to. I ordered a 1/2 sheet cake for my son?s first... birthday. I discussed with the employee over the phone about what I wanted it to say and sent pics on the theme. We all agreed,and that was that. When the cake arrived I was already set off that the writing was not what we discussed (I wanted happy 1stbirthday, and the ?1st? was left out. Secondly, the writing was all crowded on one side of the cake (see pic) and just didn?tlook right. Ok, I was fine overlooking that part as long as it tasted good. When we came to taste, the buttercream tasted like,well, nothing. It had no flavor, like a stick of unsalted butter. The cake part and filling was OK. I ended up throwing out whatwe didn't eat. I wanted this birthday to be extra special so I went to what I thought was the best bakery in town and spent $200on a cake I could have done better myself. I can?t speak for any other item in the bakery, but I wouldn?t order a cake from themagain. 2 stars for pleasant employees and the oreo mousse in the center. Read more
