The quality of their soft serve has gone way up in the past year(ish). It?s cold, flavorful, and creamy.
The $2 poly tarps they hang are terrible. You cant see through them, the staff look befuddled that you are squinting to read the... menu through a painters tarp. COVID has been around for 8 months, get some lexan people can see through and you can effectivelyclean. They need to get with the times. Read more
The staff is always friendly and clearly wants to make sure everything is top notch. I think the way they are handling the... pandemic is fantastic and super safe for everyone! Had to get an ice cream cake for a birthday and the writing was legible andexactly how we wanted it. Read more
I can get past the somewhat unfriendly staff, but I've tried them a number of times and found their thick shakes to be thinner... than a typical Carvel shake and they often forget to add the usual whipped cream and cherry to the sundaes. Read more
I love Carvel so I gave it 5 stars. The employee has messed up order past 2 times I was there. I am telling what I want and he... starts filling Ice cream and doesn?t listen. It?s annoying. Read more
