Ordered a hummus toast and came to the window. There was an indian woman. (I swear they?re taking over all of the Dunkin?... donuts)Every exchange was her saying that she?d normally charge more. Even for adding more flavor to drink. I ask her forketchup and she gives me 1 packet for a sandwich. I requested for more. I drive off and notice that there were no napkins. Likeare you serious??? How stingy can you be. I don?t even think she?s the owner but she acted so cheap. I didn?t get her name butshe needs to learn customer service skills. Awful service. Didn?t get half my order and went back to ask for a refund for the items I didn?t receive. Was treated rudely.... Asked for a manager and was told there was none there. Left my number for when the manager came in and haven?t gotten a call intwo days. My family and I will never return. We used to go all the time. Read more
This place use to be great....efficient. Off late, their drive thru is a mess, very long wait times in the car lines and... incorrect orders a few times. Read more
Placing a mobile order is useless at this location.. I've been a customer multiple times there, and majority of time I place a... mobile order (15-20min, in advance), and it is never ready. Employees seem to not have seen a mobile ticket printed out for amobile order. I hope you can improve that specific service because I am your customer atleast 2x a week and this matter reallymakes me think twice now to use your business or not. Thanks! Read more
