Ordered a hummus toast and came to the window. There was an indian woman. (I swear they?re taking over all of the Dunkin?... donuts)Every exchange was her saying that she?d normally charge more. Even for adding more flavor to drink. I ask her forketchup and she gives me 1 packet for a sandwich. I requested for more. I drive off and notice that there were no napkins. Likeare you serious??? How stingy can you be. I don?t even think she?s the owner but she acted so cheap. I didn?t get her name butshe needs to learn customer service skills. These people need to be retrained how to talk and provide for their customers, notact like thugs. Read more

Awful service. Didn?t get half my order and went back to ask for a refund for the items I didn?t receive. Was treated rudely.... Asked for a manager and was told there was none there. Left my number for when the manager came in and haven?t gotten a call intwo days. My family and I will never return. We used to go all the time. Read more

Placing a mobile order is useless at this location.. I've been a customer multiple times there, and majority of time I place a... mobile order (15-20min, in advance), and it is never ready. Employees seem to not have seen a mobile ticket printed out for amobile order. I hope you can improve that specific service because I am your customer atleast 2x a week and this matter reallymakes me think twice now to use your business or not. Thanks! Read more

I?ve reviewed this location 2-3 years ago and nothing has changed since. Today I went to the drive thru, ordered a medium... chocolate milkshake and was told to pull around front and they will bring it out. The parking lot was empty and I was the onlyone on the drivethru so I was confused but ok. I waited out front in the pickup area for 8 minutes, I finally went inside andthere was no one behind the counter, no one in sight. I yelled ?hello? and a young man came out from the back. Told him my timeis worth more than my $6 and left. Truly a horrible horrible business Read more

I was taking a walk with my son?he is in a stroller, and is about 20 months old. We stopped at Dunkin to get a small cup of... coffee and an ice cream cone. The ice cream was very loosely placed on the cone. As soon as my son grabbed it, the scoop of icecream fell onto the floor. I went to pick it up, but they had no napkins in the dispenser so my my hands were very stickyafterward. There were three younger employees behind the counter who were joking around with each other but not paying attentionto what was happening. I asked one of them to give me a replacement cone because the first one had been put on very loosely. Igot the second time, but my son was getting very agitated and starting to whine and cry so I was distracted. I paid the bill andleft, but thought the bill was a little high. When I checked the receipt later, I realized I?d been charged for two ice creamcones, although the first one had the ice cream placed very loosely on top. You shouldn?t have to pay for two cones if theemployee made a mistake on the first one. Was also not happy that it was so hard to get any of the employees attention either. See attached receipt.
