It?s only 2 people working in the morning all the time with online order, mobile order, and walk ins. The manager would think... it?ll be a good idea but nope. Cut back on dead times not on important rush hours. I think walk ins are more important whenspace is limited in covid time. Read more

I was in the store 2/11/2021, about 2 AM. The 2 girls was very rude taken my order. They did not know about courtesy and respect... customers. She let me stand there and order around me. typically, customer service isn?t awful but staff was very rude and disrespectful today. they were trying to give me a caramel... latte and say that it?s the same thing as a caramel craze without the whipped cream. which isn?t true, i've had both and you cantell the difference between the taste significantly. Anyways, i asked for a refund kindly because i?ve been through this one toomany times, where they mistake a caramel latter between a caramel craze, and i just wasn?t doing it today. older man behind thecounter started getting vulgar and asking if i had taken dunkin classes and if i?ve worked at a dunkin.
