Great place for a breakfast date. They open pretty early, which we appreciated. We got there a bit before 9am for a Saturday... breakfast and were seated immediately. By the time we left, a bit after 11am, they were full up with the brunch crowd. All ourfood was just delicious. Coffee was excellent, as were the bar drinks. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. While searching for possible restaurants for our engagement party, my fiancé... and I stumbled across Hatch. We decided to visit and try the food before asking about renting the space and we were immediatelysold. Obviously the interior is incredibly aesthetically pleasing but the food is also delicious and the staff is extremelyfriendly. While waiting for the check, we reached out to reserve the space. My fiancé handled communicating with Joe, theperson in charge of renting the restaurant, but I could see that he was very accommodating. The menu presented to us did notinclude the Charleston, my favorite entrée, but once we asked about it, Joe assured us that it could be done. We returned onemore time before our event to see if it still had the same charm, and once again we left pleased. On the day of our event, wewere able to arrive an hour earlier to set up. The staff was once again extremely patient and accommodating. I had a vision inmy head, but they made it very clear to me that they were there to help and it was all in my control. I wanted to create acereal bar for pictures and the staff supplied us with mini pitchers that they filled with milk. Our guests raved about thefood, we went with the buffet option and I would recommend others to do the same. There was never a moment that we did not havefood, the staff was sure to quickly refill whenever items began to run low. Towards the end of the evening, they offered usto-go boxes; our guests cleared any leftovers! My sister requires food that is GF and they made sure that she was taken care of.During the event, some guests heard about the latte printer. One of the bartender steamed milk to make latte prints so that myguests could take videos and pictures. There were little nuances like this throughout the night that made our engagement partyall the more memorable. Ate here for the first time recently, even though my family and I had seen the place many times when going to Huntington... Village. Not only was the restaurant adorable, but it was family friendly. Modern interior design w/twee aspects and when Iwent with my son on a Thursday morning, they had cartoons on the screen above the bar. :) Food was delicious and the portionswere more than generous (see the pancakes and breakfast burrito below). Guessing it is a mob scene on the weekends, but if so,it is with good reason. Read more
The Charleston Benedict was perfect!!! I honestly loved it! The new Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was good but I think a lot of... the actual spices didn't quite catch on to the crust so it tasted like normal fried chicken (still good but not quite what wehad hoped for). The corn beef was quite different from other brunch places and we honestly thought it was a bit too salty byitself (hence the 4 stars). But we took it home and modified it! Nice, hip place with super friendly staff! The menu is very well put together and there is something for everyone. The eggs... Benedict are awesome and the Tijuana tacos are phenomenal! I really wanted dessert but they kept me in "healthy" check so Iended up with a beautifully presented cappuccino. I would highly recommend it for breakfast, brunch or lunch. First time coming here with friends. The place is definitely colorful. The staff is friendly and quick. The drinks are amazing... as well. Everyone in my group got something different. I got their version of fried chicken and waffles. The waffle was good,but the fried chicken was just a bit on the dry side. I also had tried some pancakes with your fluffy and delicious. Overall, Iwould recommend this place for a quick brunch. Read more
