Amazing place. - Spectacularly well done food. Old style Italian dishes prepared really well with no corners cut. - The... waitress (hmmm, I know it is not very specific but ....whatever) is pretty amazing. Truly an asset. The food and service were excellent. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. All four entries were... delicious. Only negative was the short rib meatball appetizer. Very tasty polenta and sauces but the meat was a little dry.Great experience. We'll be back soon. Read more

We were there for our son's nd daughter in laws wedding dinner . W e enjoyed the restaurant however our waiter was the most... rudes person I have ever come to see .Very unprofessional for such an upscale restaurant..you have to wonder if it was becauseof the wedding nd he was earning a set price from the house or just him nd them.?? ..it's a reflection on Piccolo Mondo .nd I'msure that's not what they want to hear never the less they got all their monies either way.He didn't give us a second to put ourorders in nd got agitated with that then he had a few comments about what people were ordering. Our salads were taken awaybefore we could finish not even asked if we were done ??? Same with some of our guest appetizers ..Some of the guest chickendinners didn't even look the same ?? Such a weird experience. It's hard to explain, but the server was like a grumpy old man, set in his ways, telling us what to... do. Then later he took my cell phone that was resting on a vacant chair and insisted that it stay on the table or I wouldinevitably forget it. Determined not to be rude and eat with my phone on the table, I put it back on the chair, only later tohave the hostess/owner or manager do the very same thing. The patrons though, seemed to match fine with the service and I hopeto see them all again when I get to Florida one day. In addition, the decor is perfect for the year 2001.
