The cashier is very rude, I made a mistake ordering and try to modify my order even before I pay, I know they ask me couple of... time but Im a customer and a human I make mistakes but he was very rude at me by the time I have to pay and pick up my order, Iask if there was a problem trying to modify my order it was just add fries that was it. When I saw his attitude I got really madand told him something that I shouldn't have say but he touched all my buttons. How will you treat a customer like that. Insane. Read more

Ordered two combo meals to be picked up in the drive-thru. A guys with uniform handed me the two drinks without any straws. A... couple minutes later, the same guy handed me a bag with my order, still no straws. "Excuse me, can I get 2 straws?". A differentguy coming over " A what? Straws? Did you buy any drink?" this popeye i have been going for years now is super useful as it has a drive thru and with the covid it was very helpful. the... use of the app is a must for some great deal. it worth the download. this is located right next to DQ however the drive to goto DQ is hard. an overall 4-5 star. The staff was very very nice, the food is excellent and they let me have two of each dipping sauce. They were very polite and... friendly and very fast as well. I suspect they are all due for a raise because every time I come here, and I make a point ofcoming often, they are all very nice. Read more

The food was good, but service is worse than horrible. First off, the cashier that was serving us, and note that I am asian,... was really rude to me and messed up our order. She was black, had a pink hairnet and for over 5 minutes made eye contact andthen ignored us. And wouldn't take our order. Second off, for NO reason she was mean to us. When we placed the order we couldbarely hear her and when I asked her to speak up, she glared at me. What is her problem? She took other customers happy and allbut when It came to us, her attitude completely changed. Third, the tables were NOT clean, crumbs all over. Napkins too. Oil onthe table that we sat at as well. Fourth, when we got our order it was WRONG. We placed an order for a number 1, just thesandwich, and then a number 2, 4 pieces. SHE GAVE US 2 PIECES. We went to her and said we ordered 4. She said she REPEATED ourorder, no. No she didn't. She didn't even give us our receipt until the food was given to us. What type of stereotype does shehave against us? We asked to change it, a since she gave us a 2 wing combo instead of 4 wing, which is a literal $3 pricedifference, she charged us 5.43. We just told her to forget about it. If you don't know how to work as a cashier then dosomething else. No one wants to come back to a place with horrible attitude and to someone with stereotypes. I worked as acashier once, and from my experience, no matter what the customer does, you always be kind. The customer is always right and youneed to treat them as king. I suggest not coming here unless they change the lady working up front. Literally horribleexperience. I did want to give them a piece of my mind but good thing my boss said not to. Worst experience ever ! I went there at night time...it's understandable that during the end of the day people are tired to... work. But that doesn't give them the right to be rude with customers. We placed 2 mobile orders and went there to pick up. Theywere extremely rude and all of the sides were not available except mac and cheese. The food was cold and soggy. Never comingback again ! Avoid this location! Downloaded the app and attempted to use but at checkout was notified of 'technical difficulties' and the... order wouldn't process. Went in person and it turns out that nearly everything we had wanted to order was out of stock anyway.No mac and cheese. No shrimp. No family style meal we had seen on the app. And no SAUCES, literally not even BBQ for thetenders. None! The inside of this location is abysmal. It's dirty and dark. They said they had "lighting issues" so many of thelights had to stay off. And there were buckets everywhere collecting water dripping from the ceiling. They said they had leaksin the roof but it hadn't rained in days. Pipes leaking? Really makes me wonder about mold. Unfortunately one of our party stillinsisted on eating there so we ordered our food for take out. Nothing was good. Chicken was overly breaded and dry. Tenders wereall breading and nearly white they were so under fried. Sides were gross and filled only halfway, gravy was watery, biscuitswere hard and dry, soda was flat and it was a long wait for an order for only 3 people. Years ago when this location firstopened it was good but it went down hill shortly after. Once in a great while we've gone back but I don't know why, it has onlygotten worse. Final straw for me, I'll only be returning if there's a big sign out that says "under new management". Read more

This is the worst Popeyes I?ve been to. Saying this from multiple experiences. The drivethru clerk with a thick Indian accent... was excessively confrontational and raised her voice at me despite the fact I was being polite and calm the entire time. Thefries were soggy. Soggy af. The gravy tasted watered down and the biscuits were stale. The friggin chicken was tough as leather,I thought the 10 piece coupon deal would be worth it. It just wound up being a waste of time and food. And that cashier reallyconfirms with me I?m never going back to this location. In Brooklyn every Popeyes I go to is superb, chicken is fresh and juicyand cashiers are at minimum polite, or exceed that by being friendly.
