Ordered via DoorDash . My daughter?s four cheese with chicken had someone?s hair in it. I had to throw it out. The cooks should... cover their hair. Disgusting! Update 8/13/2022: I contacted Cheesecake Factory on their website and they have yet to resolvethe issue. We are in the times of Covid monkey pox and everything else. The staff should have their hair covered to prevent thisfrom happening. I spent way over $100.00 that day. To not want to resolve the issue with your consumer is insane! Update9/11/2022: I didn?t learn my lesson from my previous hair situation so I ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo for my son. Thepasta was drenched in oil! My son had to throw it out. Something for everyone. Open, airy space, which reminds me of las Vegas. Large menu selection. Something for everyone. My go to... is the Thai lettuce wraps, which is fresh and delicious. It's been a few years since I've been at a Cheesecake Factory, I recall it being a bit more higher-end (more like a step above... Houlihans), but this location was NOT that; it felt dated and service was slow/sub-par to the point we saw two tables leavewhile we were there (supposedly computers went down). Not all the silverware was thoroughly clean. In addition, our serverwasn't sharp. I had to repeat and remind the server of our drink order (one drink was missing, claimed I didn't order it, butthen looked at his book and saw it was there and apologized) as well as forgot the dressing for my salad. One of the entreesnever arrived we had to flag down our waiter to follow up with the kitchen, it came 15-20 min after the other 2 had alreadyarrived (to the point food started getting cold) and our server barely followed up with us. He was nice when he was there buthis niceness did not make up for the poor service. Food was okay and the selection was vast (almost old-school diner like) somany options including low carb/calorie options (which was nice to see). Entree portions were filling but seems a bit light forthe price. The best value IMO is the Renee's special, soup, salad, and sandwich. And if you're looking for a "healthier" dessertoption, I recommend the low-calorie no sugar added Low-Licious Cheesecake, that was surprisingly good! These positives notes arethe only reason why I gave this location 2-stars, I'm probably not returning to this location, I recall a better experience atthe Garden City location, so I'll go there IF I decide to give Cheesecake Factory another shot. I always get the same thing when I go and that is the Shepherd's pie...I love it. The brown bread is the best! We also had the... stuffed cheddar burger and of course cheesecake... This time we tried the Reese's ® Peanut Butter, chocolate cake cheesecakeand what a decadent treat it was with layers of gooey caramel with peanuts, chocolate cake, peanut butter cheesecake and the aslice of my favorite chocolate cheesecake.. 2 stars bc this is a chain and I intend on returning, but def have some issues. I always receive bad service at this specific... location and esp feel it could be due to my ethnicity. Aside from the uncomfortable service, the food is hit or miss. I?vegotten my go to dish, Shrimp Bistro, with the shrimp burned, the shrimp breading off completely, missing the mushrooms; then myMac and cheese balls burned once and super dry bc of it, and wish I had complained. One thing consistently good would only bethe avo rolls, as even the cheesecake I?ve received cracked and dry here. Considering the cheesecake is shipped in most likelyand many things like the Mac balls are frozen, there shouldn?t be this many issues in my opinion! Will be returning bc I do likeCF but it?s a gamble here these are 3 different orders, and you can see the shrimp has no breading at all, the Mac and cheeseballs are burned and the avo rolls are perf as usual. This was the first time visiting this location traveling from Georgia, I also like to add the first time visiting any Cheesecake... Factory in 15yrs. The wait was extremely long due to a holiday.
