My friend and I wanted to try a new restaurant instead of a bar and so I started searching around Huntington. This place came up... with a keyword "cozy" and that was exactly what my friend and I wanted. When we entered the lighting was dim and rock music wasplaying throughout which was refreshing. There is indoor and outdoor seating so we took advantage of the outdoor seating.Although cars do passby, so do people which is nice for socializing and even people watching. But what really sold me was thefood and drinks. I got the hopeless romantic cocktail and it was very smooth. For food I was happy to see several vegan optionsbut honestly I chose this restaurant because I wanted to try the vegan chicken sandwich. It was absolutely delicious and thetoppings were very fresh. I got my hot sauce/oil on the side which was a great option for me who cannot tolerate spicy all toowell. My friend also really enjoyed her lobster roll. I went here last Friday, and I have to say this was some of the best food I've eaten in a while. The Nashville hot nugs were... absolutely incredible. And then the Evil Sal burger was beyond belief. The signature burger was amazing! I like picnic tables outside. Great place to get lunch and talk with friends.
A very cozy establishment. Nice staff. Some really interesting burgers and really cool drinks! Our server Jon C was a good guy... and very helpful. I enjoyed The Deep Cut cocktail. This was made with bourbon, honey, peach schnapps, a lit cinnamon stick fora smoky effect and black walnut bitters. An excellent cocktail! For lunch my buddy and I had the wings as a appetizer. Theywere good, not great, but pretty decent. For our main course, we had The Rodeo Clown (pulled pork) and The Wild Life burger(Gruyere. Onions & Mushrooms) on lettuce instead of the brioche bun. Went for a Friday date night with the hubby . A night out without kids and it was kind of ruined by a family that had really... loud children screaming and yelling . Not an ideal ambiance and not any fault of Vauxhall. The food was good I enjoyed theloaded cheese fries the most. And whatever cheese sauce was served with the onion rings.
