The cashier working tonight was so friendly! She was so sweet, took our order, made some suggestions and explained the Halloween... Frosty booklet. Came to this Wendy?s passing through with my family of 7 including our elderly grandmother. The food was delicious, however the... service ruined the entire experience. the woman taking our order had to have been a manager of some sort, but she was very rudeand condescending. we had to ask for our own drinks (that came with our meal) and she gave us less than what we bought. webrought the receipt and she argued with us! A misunderstanding is no big deal, but arguing with the customer is bad practice andsets an awful for the employees, especially if you are the manager! I rely on these folks. Managers seem good but staff is dopey and careless, making mistakes way too often... Have to repeat... every order -- they are distracted and confused by the few options they offer? How dare you hand me a cup of coffee you can'tfill because you run out!? When I ask if the decaf is fresh and it turns out to be room tempeature... you simply lied to me. YESTERDAY they sold me a combo meal amongst other things -- we only ordered sandwiches and a single soda. Read more
