Google maps found this place for us as we were traveling north through east Texas and it turned out to be an excellent lunch... stop. It was fairly busy and a little bit of a wait because we got there right at lunch and this is definitely a local hot spotas it is a ways off the main highway. I had the daily special which was basically a hamburger with all the toppings and morefrench fries than any one person should try to eat. AMAZING food! The turkey was so surprisingly flavorful and the bbq sauce and all the sides were awesome! The pulled pork street... tacos and pecan cobbler were very good as well! We loved it so much that we went back the next day and ordered rib plates andthe ribs were fall apart tender and the best I?ve ever had! Anything from the bbq menu is good. The burgers are somewhat ok. The fries are terrible. Salad is okay. Workers are super nice.... Fried pickles and cheese sticks are good. Ice is great. Sodas are good. Tea is good. I've had better burgers at brookshiresgrocery store restaurant side. I wouldn't come back for the burger basket. But I would come back for the bbq items. AC is goodinside. The parking lot sucks watch out for potholes. So if you want good barbecue this is the place to go to if you want a goodburger combo keep looking. Read more

My wife said to say ?that the rolls are soo FREAK?N good!? Haha We enjoyed the food and would likely come back, if traveling... back through here, again. This was my first Boudain, the rice-filled sausage next to the brisket. I liked it! The atmosphere isnice. The service is good. The employees are kind.
