We rushed down because we thought we were gonna make it in time to get some to get some ice cream. Luckily we got there 15... minutes before they were supposed to close. I get that some people don?t like that but still they were open. Whenever guy cameon intercom he said that they were closed when we asked them what time they closed he said 10pm and it was only 9:47 pm. Read more
Yesterday me and my partner visited during the hotter part of the day, and the store had an influx of customers before us.... Great staff and great selection of flavors to make for the best of milkshakes. They even let me combine flavors to come up with... a unique milkshake. I loved how friendly and enthusiastic the staff were, never missing a beat between drive through and countercustomers and still finding time to offer flavor samples with a smile. I used to come here when I was a teenager and it's niceto see teenagers still have a place to go that provides good old fashioned fun. Read more
Need to educate your employees on customer service, absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at any retail location of any... type. My wife is 9 months pregnant and these were the rudest people I've ever met. Laughing around without face coverings,didn't wash their hands before scooping ice cream immediately after coughing.
