Good food and fair presentation. Staff did a good job of promptly correcting an error in my order.
Food tasted like it set out all day it was slightly warm. Fries was stale and hard to chew
Went through the drive through around 4pm and there was only two cars in front of me. Took me about 10 minutes to reach the... first window and the cashier had to retake my my order said the car in front of me got my order. I said I had double whopperwith cheese and I paid. Then the cashier yelled up to the guy that was handing out the orders told him that the next order goingout was a double whopper with cheese and a small fry. So I got my order drove in parking lot I checked my order and it was a jrcheese burger. The guy working the drive through window doesn't know the difference between a double whopper and a jr cheeseburger. Overall Burger King waisted 20 minutes of my time and it was the worst experience at a fast food restaurant in my life.I will never go back the Burger King on Washington in Huntington WV Read more
This location BK gets a lot of business so needless to say, it stay busy! Even so, with that being said, there drive through... line & inside line time are usually pretty quick. I've also never had any problems with my order. The employees have alwaysgiven excellent service and are very friendly and welcoming The establishment itself is always clean, well organized and easy tolocate things needed (like utensils, napkins, straws, and even the restrooms) so.... I'm not sure about the opinions of othersbut based on my personal experiences while dining in or grabbing a meal to go, it's always been a great experience. SO, THANKYOU TO ALL BK EMPLOYEES! First time I've had BK breakfast in a while. It will probably be the last. It was extremely hot. Had that fresh out of the... microwave feel. The hash browns were bitter and had that old grease taste. The croissant looked like it had been sat on. It wasnot fluffy and appetizing. The burrito was not bad, but it was still 1200 degrees. I threw away 2/3 of it in the Sheetz trashcan. Read more
