Freaky fast delivery...I don't think so. It took an hour to get my food and that include 20 minutes for the driver to make it 5... blocks. Also apps are great but I hate tipping before the food is delivered. There was a $3.50 delivery fee and I tipped anextra $3.18. What a waste of money. Read more

We thought we would eat there because I had a coupon for a free sub, I downloaded the app. I had ordered mine online to get it... free, we get there they are blaring music you wouldn?t want a child to hear. When we finally got waited on my husband orderedhis sub and I told her I had an online order, we ordered two drinks. My husband pays and the girl hands my husband a cup and asandwich in a bag, and completely ignored me telling her we ordered two drinks. We stood there another 5 mins then another girlwalks up to see what we need, the other girl did not charge us for the second drink, so I paid for the second drink, we alsotold her I had an online order. As we found out the sandwich in the bag was mine. The heavy blond girl was rude, this wasactually our second time to eat there in 3 days. Their customer service sucks, the music they play is inappropriate and way tooloud for a business with walk in customers. The subs are usually good but I think the next time I will opt for Jersey Mikes orFirehouse Subs. I really don?t think they care about customer complaints. We were there for a late lunch. ???? Every time I give this place a chance I end up regretting it. I love jimmy John?s sandwiches. And I have had great services at... other locations. The motto is ?freaky fast delivery? yet I placed my delivery order at 10:58pm and am still waiting for my foodat 1:00 am (almost 2 hours later and counting). They have not picked up any phone calls for me to even verify if the order wasplaced properly. This is not the first time this has happened and I will never order delivery from them again. Read more

I ordered a wrap to be delivered half-hour after opening. It never arrived. I called 3 times and got "we are really busy" (a few... minutes after it should have been delivered), "it's on its way" (15 minutes after the previous call), and "he should be thereanytime" (an hour late). Never arrived. It is now eight days later and I've yet to receive a refund. Every time I call, I amtold something different. Never, however, am I told -- sorry, we can make it right. Here's your refund. I already reached out tocustomer service-- they were nice-- but they said the owner of the store would reach out to me. That was 7 days ago. Nothing.So... no more Jimmy Johns for me and my coworkers. We have a short lunch period and cannot afford to pay for food that won't bedelivered. Read more

The sandwiches were good. Mens room was closed, but they let me use the womans room. The tea machine were broken but I had tea... on hand. I added a photo because it is nice on the outside. Read more

The food is good, when it gets to me in a timely manner. But when you place an order at 900pm and your orders gets there at... 1223am, it?s pretty soggy and the pop is flat and watered down. Disappointing because the food is great when fresh. However,this place can?t do that. So much for freaky fast. Read more

This is not a complaint about the food itself but the delivery service. Last year it took over 2 hours for them to deliver a... cold sub sandwich. The manager was rude when I canceled my order after waiting over 2 hours. I stopped ordering from them. Now lets fast forward over one year later, 4/1/22 I decided to give them another chance cause I love their subs. Guess what?Over an hour and a half later no sub, I called the store and the manager and he was very rude and 10 minutes later deliverydriver showed up and when I said something to her she said "I don't know what you expect, we do our best with only one driver".I only live 10 blocks from the store itself, but I'm in a wheelchair and it's hard for me to get there. And on top of that theycharge a delivery fee for that kind of poor service. I will never recommend Jimmy John's to anyone!!!
