My family and I have breakfast from here every day. The food is always fresh. The service is usually always friendly and... accommodating, however the past couple of mornings it's not been so accommodating. This morning we had two separate orders andtherefore needed a drink carrier and asked the young girl with long blonde hair with big blue eyes for a drink carrier and sheacted like it killed her to do so!! Then when she was handing my husband my order he simply asked if we could have an an extrasyrup like we always do an she SERIOUSLY ROLLED HER EYES AT HIM AND SAID "SURE"!!!!! I'm not understanding what is going on butthis not the typical way that this McDonald's treats us. Normally they are always so cheerful and bubbly, and everything is soamazing!! But this girl needs a MAJOR ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT, we are regular customers and even if we weren't no different, ifshe is to work in that industry she needs to have a better attitude toward her customers or people won't want to come back ????!Just saying. I would recommend anyone to go to another McDonald's as it's said to accept the McDonald's app but when you go there they have... their manager come to the window to tell you they don't and it's better to go to another McDonald's instead. Read more
This particular McDonald's has a bad habit of messing up simple orders. Today ordered two Big Macs with no pickle on one. ... Got one Big Mac and another Big Mac with no meat on it. To beat it all, they are very rude when you go back to request thecorrect order that you payed for. Read more

Went through the drive through and checked my order, only to see that my med fry was almost completely empty. Checked the bag,... they didn?t fall out or anything. I went inside, receipt in my hand only to be told I was lying. Customer service is completelylacking here and I doubt the cashier is going to get a raise over hoarding a med fry ????. Read more

Customer service, people!!! I can not tell you just how important the words please and thank you are, or a simple smile, or just... showing some kind of interest in your job. At the end of the day our customers are the ones putting the money into your/ourstore(s) so you get a paycheck every two weeks. The food was hot, but very salty. My iced coffee was also the wrong flavor, but they were timely and facilities were clean.
