Pizza should be kept in warmer when done. Not sat out to cool and harden.
The location of store was my only issue. Unfortunately there seems to be a good bit of violence in that area.
I always love this location. I always place my order online for pickup. The wait is only usually twenty minutes which is very... nice. The employees are also very nice. My past time was the first time I ever had an issue. They accidentally sent my order outwith a delivery. The manager was super apologetic and worked fast to remake my order. Great service Read more

We ordered the medium The Works and the Shaq-a-roni pizza's. They were both very good. I think the Shaq-a-roni wont be around... much longer, so you should get one while you can. The above happened 2 months ago, in October 2021. This happened a couple ofdays ago...December 2021 I placed an order online but was only given the option to pay cash, no card option. I got to the storeearly and watched on my phone for it to tell me when it was time to go in. Watching the employees inside, it seemed as ifeveryone was getting along fine and enjoying their job. When I went in, there was an issue converting my order from cash tocard, but it was finally done. I wanted to add an order of pepperoncinis, but the register wanted to take away my discounts, soI got them for free, even though I offered to pay for them in cash. I love Papa Johns, I really do. The food is delicious and I believe deserving of the price tag that comes along with it.... However, I cannot deny that the service level as of late has been rather disappointing. Of the four times that I have recentlypurchased food from Papa Johns, only once has my order been fulfilled and delivered sufficiently. The first and most severeproblem, I ordered two pizzas, breadsticks, a cookie, and two 2 liters of soda for a family gathering. The food was incorrectlydelivered to a house that shares an address with me, but in the West end. A common enough mistake, and one that I can look past.What I can't look past is the fact that I was promised a replacement order within 40 minutes, that took over an hour and twentyminutes to be delivered. Of course, by the time it had arrived, I already cancelled the order. Next, I placed an order at 5:30,and was told it would be ready by 6:30. I arrived in the restaurant at 4:00, only to find that my order hadn't even been placedin the oven yet. And finally, tonight, I placed an order for two pizzas and a papadia. One pizza and the papadia arrived, as didan additional item that I did not order, while my second pizza did not. I had to wait for an admittedly short amount of time forthe second pizza arrived. I understand the stress of the food service industry. It's a sector riddled with problems, among themhow employees are treated. It's this knowledge that I continue to order from Papa Johns, forgiving past mistakes, but it's alittle grating when each attempt is met with other problems. I won't abandon Papa Johns just yet, it's a childhood classic ofmine, but I'd be a liar if I said I wasn't let down by the quality of service in recent times. Read more
I haven't ever had an issue with any of my orders. The food is always fresh, is very delicious, and the staff is very friendly.
It's a franchise location. I went in to pick up my pizza in person and I was asked how much I wanted to tip. I do not... customarily tip for an over-the-counter transaction. If I request pizza delivery then I'm a fairly good tipper. Read more
