I asked the cashier for coconut milk in my drink and they did regular milk instead nbd i just asked them to remake it and said I... was sorry for any inconvenience. They gave me back the same exact cup. Not sure if they dumbed it out and put the new drink inthe contaminated cup, or if they didnt even remake it but I have a severe milk intolerance. Severe. Stomach cramping, sick. Ididnt notice it was the same cup until I drank half of it. Its an hour bus ride back to my school I'm here on a school trip andI'm so sick I couldnt even go to work. Please eduacte your staff on the importance of not cross contaminating drinks even if itseems like no big deal for some of us it truely is that big of a deal. Sorry for writing a bad review I never do this butallergies and substutions in food isn't something to mess with. This is an on campus Starbucks. I am not one who would normally go to Starbucks as I am more of a McDonald's girl myself plus I... normally don't drink a lot of coffee in general. However, this is a good place I have found for me to use the Marshall Flexmoney I am forced to have which is nice, so I have been having Starbucks like 5 days a week as a result. Wait times are aboutaverage for Starbucks in my experience, which isn't exactly fast, but not horrible either. Orders seem to be generally right inmy experience. Only knocked a star because of Starbucks' generally high kinda prices and bitter coffee. That is a Starbucksthing though, not an issue with this location. So if you like Starbucks, you will probably like it here. When I drink coffee, Iusually have a preference for it iced, and I have found a few things I like here. Read more

I just ordered from here and ordered two coffees. My second one was a vanilla latte and a worker put whip cream in the latte in... front of me while another coworker told that coworker he was doing it wrong and he shut my drink up and gave it to me the way itwas. Opening my drink to get the whip cream out trying not to be rude, it was nearly an inch from the rim. I?m extremely notpleased. Read more
Update review 09/17/22 @3:25 pm . I come to this Starbucks every day. For the last month I been getting the same drink which is... $5.97. The super rude girl who was running the cash register was super rude and had attitude. And tried charging me almost trycharging me double. I told her I came yesterday to get the same drink and it was $5.97.it?s that price on the Starbucks app it?sself. Don?t come to this plan on Saturday unless you want disrespect and someone super rude. I just wanted a chai latte. Thegirl who rung me up today 3/28/22 at2:30 pm was super rude to me for absolutely no reason. She needs to learn better customerservice.
