Not bad food but when you eat inside it's very very cold to the customers
So ok. I walked into Taco Bell. The young lady at the counter had just finished helping the previous customer looked at me and... turned away. Acted like she was taking orders at the drive thru but, there were no cars at the drive thru. I stood at thecounter for 5 minutes, nobody even offered to take my order, NOBODY. A gentleman came up front and I HAD TO ASK IF SOMEONEWOULD TAKE MY ORDER, he said " I am not clocked in but I will take your order" now understand, I am the only customer at thecounter. I did eat at this Taco Bell at least once a week sometimes more, this WAS my last time. I have never been treated sorudely. Nobody cared that I was just standing there waiting. I guess one customer doesn't matter, but, I can let word ofmouth, do the rest. Read more
For what feels like about the 19th time in a row, I've ordered Grubhub Taco Bell from the 5th Ave store and there were items... missing. Getting real tired of it. Yes, I got a refund - but get it together so no one else has to go through it to get one. Read more
Every time I get off work at 11pm, I order online because you get rewards. Every time I get to the speaker in the drive thru,... the two men working never have an order placed for me. I have dealt with this at least 4 times with them. I have said my firstname, then my name abbreviated, then my last name, then my last name first? There is ALWAYS a problem. Tonight I just canceledmy order online because it is becoming ridiculous. I will never come to this Taco Bell at night again. Funny thing is, I haveordered numerous times in the day, I get a different worker and they always get my name and order correct. Read more
Rude employees, extremely poor quality of food... If you do an online order, be prepared to present an itemized list before they... will give you your food, paid for or not. I have given this taco bell so many chances through the years, done with this one.Food sucks, when they actually do get an order right, and employees here are extremely rude. Read more
Craved Taco Bell after 1am and looked online to see if it was open. Said it closed at midnight so we were going to settle for... Cook Out across the street. Saw huge line at Taco Bell so we quickly switched lanes and pulled in to go through the drive thru.Placed order and asked at window why website said closed. He said that's what time dining room closes. Good was great. Servicewas fast and surprisingly, everything was in the bag. Read more
I was hoping they would have the taco pizza but nope they still didn't bring it back. As most locations were bringing it back. I... think that quality of the food has changed quite a bit it's not bad but, they were so much better in the 80s! Still a greatplace to get a quick bite to eat. Read more
