I'd give them a negative 10 if I could! I've never been treated so horribly in my life, at a restaurant. I was completely... ignored for around 15 minutes after a young girl working there told a heavy black waitress with glasses that I needed to placean order. She finally approached me and asked if I needed to place a take out order( after weakly acting like she just saw me)and when I replied yes, she told the young girl to take my order and walked off. The girl was scrubbing pots and didn't evenacknowledge me. She just looked at me and went back to scrubbing her pots. Then the cook just looked at me like he was lost,too. I don't know what the problem with the help is, but they deserve to be sitting at the house unemployed. I will never gohere again. This happened on Oct 27 at around 7:30 pm. Can't rate the food, as I was never given an opportunity to order. Iactually had to go to the location by the Mall just to get served. The woman working at the Mall location did a great job ofgetting me taken care of, but this location is a joke. Read more

I already filed a complaint but I would like everyone and hopefully the owner to know that Rose is incredibly rude. She ignored... us and called us racist because we asked for jelly and when she didn't get it we asked another waitress. As we were checking outshe told us we were horrible customers. I went in the store to get her name to report her and she covered her name tag. Veryrude, very unprofessional and horrible service. She also made another customer from another table pay for our food and eventhough she was extremely rude I told her she had made a mistake and had her fix it. She demanded I go out in the parking lotand get the customer that she had given the wrong ticket to. I did but for the customers benefit, not hers. Read more
We arrived and the music on the jukebox was so loud, your teeth almost rattled. The first waitress that came to take our drink... orders didn't bring our drinks, just water, that we didn't order, then wouldn't come back. We had to ask them to turn down themusic. The waitress then refused to come back to our table and told another to come take care of us. She seemed to be drugged orsomething. After taking our order, went back to the jukebox to play music and we had to ask them to turn it down again. Went here to eat about 4am. Our waitress rose was incredibly rude!!!!! She ignored us for 45mins before we finally asked a... different waitress for our drinks, silverware and jelly. She later admits she was ignoring us on purpose and called us badcustomers which shocked the whole place because they seen the whole thing. She then charge a young man $60 for one burger andtold me the cop beside me paid for mine and it was free. The young man was confused and so was I.. so I told her she charged himmine and no idea where she got the cop paid for mine. She also blamed that on us. The absolute worst service I've ever had!!Which sucks because this is always a great place to go. The cook was great though!! Read more

This place is always busy! Parking lot and tables are usually packed. The workers are very friendly and helpful. I ordered a... cheeseburger and it turned out great, and the service was quite fast. Waffles Houses are open 24/7 so you can get breakfast orlunch anytime. Read more
