Terrible service. Wait is too long. It should not take nearly an hour for an acai bowl to be prepared. It seems they are... severely understaffed, and the back where they are preparing the bowls looks chaotic and disorganized. The storefront is alsocrowded. Today was my 3rd time visiting Banzai Bowl. My first time, I waited in line so long that I gave up. It didn't seemto be moving at all. It seems if they are backed up, they just straight up stop taking orders in the front. Our 2nd time, afterwaiting in line for some time, we ordered online. The time estimate was about 30-40 minutes out, so we walked around HuntingtonBeach a bit and came back before the time estimate. We stood there for another 10-15 minutes before asking the window. When wefinally got someone's attention, they pulled our bowl out of the freezer. They either didn't call our name or finished our bowlearly and put it in the freezer. Today (our 3rd time), we ordered online right when they opened at 8:30AM. The time estimategiven was 8:55AM. We got there about 5 minutes early and checked with the window, and they said it wasn't ready yet. We finallygot our bowl at 9:25AM - 30 minutes after the time estimate. How is it a nearly 1 hour wait for a acai bowl!? On top of that, the bowl wasn't even what I ordered, but having waited too long for it, it didn't even seem worth it to flag down someone totell them. I ordered a Banzai Bowl and in the photo and in text it states it is topped with granola, banana, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, bee pollen, coconut shreds and honey. All it had was granola, honey and banana. I will not be returning. Read more

Love this place! Really great bowls just always so packed and a line out the door. Last time they told us to order online when... we arrived. So anticipate that if you try it. Bowls are big and fresh. Read more

The bowls here are always great, the staff however not so much. Expect to wait 30-40 mins for your bowl or an hour+ if they?re... busy. I came in when there was no one and still ended up waiting around 30 mins for my order to be ready. Read more

When we stopped by for breakfast this morning, Zack and the rest of the family at Banzai Bowl got right to work blending by far... the best Açai bowls I have ever tasted. Service was punctual, the atmosphere was laid back yet refreshing, and the food was anexcellent early morning adventure for the taste buds. Read more

Super glad that this place is still in business even though Covid made it a rough year for all of us. The quality of the bowl... was pretty good but both times that we went, there were only two girls working. The wait time was about 45 minutes to an hourand it didn?t seem like there were that many people ordering. Besides the wait time this place is awesome and super close to thebeach. For anyone wanting to check this place out I would call ahead and order that way it?s ready when you get there. Read more
